Lately i have observed that , in this chaotic world which is emotionally frustrated and filled with greed , envy , lust , it becomes mandatory to keep yourself calm and unaffected by these things. Though it is equally hard to remain sane all the time as we are humans and we have emotions , but i think it can be achievable with a certain discipline and habits.
Everyone here and there are trying to get some validations from others , get some attention feel good , but what after these things fades when you become all alone and insecurities hits again. at this stage it is all your thoughts that shapes you.
