I got worked hard for Keam but didn’t get the score I usually do on my mocks my session percentile was 85 but normalized score is 89 which is really low

I have got my board results and I got 238/300 for my board exam with the new Tamil Nadu rule of 5:3:2

Is there any chance of me getting into any of the top government colleges (I have the Muslim minority quota )
