ISO Manual and Advice

Recently Picked this up for $15 at an estate sale. Bobbin winder runs and the needle will move via the hand wheel but it's very stiff. I'm thinking it needs a thorough cleaning & fresh oil. I'm pretty handy but a relatively novice sewist. I learned on a basic Brother machine a few years ago.

Can anyone link me to a PDF of the manual?

Is it worth servicing or did I buy a dud? The all metal body made me hopeful it was a more heavy duty machine than my plastic body brother. Will this be better at bags and things than my modern machine?

Is cleaning/servicing this machine something I can do at home or is it better to just take it somewhere?

Any advice on servicing it myself?

Chainsaw Chain Tensioner Broken, looking for replacement

I got a second hand chainsaw from a relative, RY10519. 46cc, 18 inch bar. Worked perfectly well, and I put it through it's paces. The chain tension was never very reliable but it's completely useless now. The cover and tensioner used to be sold as a package but it no longer produced by the manufacturer and is out of stock everywhere. Has anyone else solved this problem already and can point me in the right direction?

What Do You Think of This Deal?

UPDATE: This is likely a bad fit for my intended usage and my current skillset. I appreciate the feedback everyone, I'll pass on this one.

Recently acquired ~20 acres including a steep overgrown hill that I'd like to clear and plant with fruit trees. Found what appears to be a Ford 2000/3000 on marketplace with brush hog & front loader for $2,500. Has sat a few years per owner. If it starts with fresh gas should I snap it up? Am I buying a headache and don't bother even going to look? It's an hour away so I'd have to trailer it no matter what. Seems like a good machine for a small plot & small budget but would love to learn from you guys.

Old Farmhouse Ceiling Fan to Chandelier

Decrepit ceiling fan came out and replacing it was one of many things my contractor has left for me to clean up. I have this 2 wire lamp/chandelier that I think could work well in this room. All of the existing wires appear to be cloth wrapped with no distinguishing colors as far as I can tell. Can I figure out what's what with an electrical tester? Is it ok to cap off the extra wires with wire nuts or what's the move? I've replaced light fixtures before but the wiring was more straightforward. All advice appreciated.

Any Use for Eth Hone Sundan?

What set up could use this? Offline so I'm not using a Zod on it anytime soon.

So excited about the ED roll I forgot about the repair mod.

Selling My Kreitler Rollers

Includes the headwind fan, the flywheel, and the fork stand. I bought these on eBay a few years ago and don't get enough use out of them to justify the storage space. I'm asking $1,000 $750 and I will deliver in Jersey City or NYC. Willing to hear reasonable offers, but I think this retails new for $1,200 from what I can tell. Feel free to DM me if interested.

Edited to lower my initial asking price.

All Energy Challenge Run

I think I saw a YouTube video of someone putting everything into energy but I can't find it now. Seemed interesting since energy is universally considered worthless.

The best part of all these Energy Meme posts is...

Every single one so far has at least one "ES Sorc would like a word" comment

(I flaired this as mod related because it's about the mods on this sub being dumb)

Who Watches the Watchmen?

I think if I were to map Diablo 2 classes onto characters from the classic graphic novel I'd match Sorc with Dr Manhattan and the barbarian would be Rorschach. After that I'm not sure. Maybe the assassin would be the Owl, what with all the gadgets. And the Zon can be Ozymandias since they're both blonde and super powerful. Anyway, wondering what you guys think, if you even have the ENERGY to talk about this.

Please stay on topic, don't post any low effort memes!

Insane Ladder Luck

I decided to roll a throw barb after seeing some posts discussing BarBar as a ladder starter. I'm showing up late to ladder and playing casual. This week on my NM play through I found Lem off a random mob in act 2, Ko from Hellforge, and Hephasto dropped a perfect viper magi! Nobody IRL cares so I had to tell y'all

Nearly stepped on this fella while doing some yardwork. Mostly hoping to hear it's harmless and it can continue living in the hedge.

Is this rare weapon any good?

Edit: No, needs both Eth & high ED. Fun, but trash

I know it has several good mods, but I also know the bar for rares is extremely high. Before I spend resources upping & hole punching, is this worth it? Offline

I have grief & headstriker on my trav barb right now for comparison.
