Emotional support octopus
Doc having a cuddle with his octopus, while keeping an eye on me. He pretended he didn't like him after I spotted him like this.

i have named her boot scooting boogie (boots for short) because her backs legs just be scooting. she is the sweetest and most talkative cat i have ever met 🥹
My kitties are 1 year old, I don’t know where the time went. They’ll always be babies to me though.

Basically the title. When I’m in need of support all I think of is that I hate myself, my situation, and my life. It’s common sense to take care of yourself & inner child but I don’t know how.
It’s easier to hate myself since I’m familiar with that. I feel safe by hating myself.
