I eat at least one pint of low calorie/protein ice cream per day. I can't pull the trigger on a Creami because of the overwhelming amount of ice cream recipe ideas. I don't even know where I would start, and I am the type of person who will obsess over every possible way of making the best tasting low calorie ice cream. It will seriously take up all of my mental real estate until I find my preferred Creami philosophy. What do i do?!😥

Bears have 2 practices and 1 preseason game before they have to finalize their 53 man roster a week from tomorrow. I’m not confident they will have their answers at LT, CB, and S as they fly home from Nashville Saturday night

With CB tyrique Stevenson being week to week; What was not their biggest strength on D(secondary), now is now missing their safety, backup safety, CB2, backup CB2, and slot corner. Surely they will add reinforcements via trade or waiver wire

Also, should we be concerned about Booker not playing tonight?

For me, the biggest butterfly effect or “What If” for the bears in my life is:
What if the Bears completed the trade for Russell Wilson instead of the Broncos?
They would’ve never gotten Ben, Caleb who knows what else.

I will be attending the Friday Morning practice on the 31st. What time do the gates open for the 8:30 AM practice? I ask since I want to be on the first shuttle that runs 15 minutes prior to the gates opening.

Also, I remember there being vendors at practice. Does anyone remember if they have coffee? Are outside snacks/drinks allowed in? Will they be in pads for practice on the 31st?

I haven’t been able to find a split I like more than PPL twice per week. I prefer working out 6 days a week. I do pull push legs, about 21-28 working sets to failure per session. The 2nd leg day I also do biceps and shoulders. I do shoulders 3x per week and abs 2x per week. What do you all think?

From May 17th to July 2nd I averaged 1793 daily calories went from about 173 to 166 using retatrutide for a month or so. I am now off my cut and doing a bulk of .25% per bodyweight per week goal for 4-8 weeks until deciding to continue my cut or continue the lean bulk. Going to shoot for about 2400-2500 daily calories and continue lifting 6x per week and getting 10K+ steps. I’ll be focusing less on protein(still .8 grams/pound minimum) and prioritizing on carbs over fats per usual. What do you all think? I’m a 6’1 25 year old male
