Ni Fi Jumpers

For those of you who have stably developed Fi and operate predominantly Ni Fi Te Se:

  1. Did you adopt this later in life? Was it triggered by some event? Or was it your natural state?

  2. Are you enneagram type 5? If not what is your type?

  3. Do you operate your life highly defensive or protective of your energy?

Good Samaritan knocked to warm me today

So this morning I got a knock on my window and a lady tells me that she knows for a fact that the cops have been called on me and so I should leave right now. She kept saying go right now.

This was a good samaritan. I was so flustered I drove off in my underwear. Was so happy to get out of there before cops arrived.

Important to note that in my country it's not illegal to sleep in our cars or anything like that. So the fact that this happened to me in the neighborhood that I actually lived in for several years as well.. in a spot that I don't even go to very often and I haven't been there in like a month.

Well I'm so happy that this person was inspired to warn me and I was able to get out of there in time before any problems came that I would have to deal with.. I am actually experiencing anxiety tonight when it comes to choosing another spot.

My heart goes out to all the people living areas that it's actually illegal to park in overnight. Because I feel so exhausted and weary changing parking spots every night.

SapioSapphic Dating

For the sapio/demisexual sapphics, how do you cope with navigating dating?

Dating men was already dry because there is nothing to work with.. imagine women. Meaning men are always in your face.. but women, you don't even know if they are gay or if they're your type...

I feel bad for Si doms.. or "Karen's: The Crisis of Displacement in a Globalized World" 🤣

As INTJ the 8th function is seen as dangerous. I would have liked to say Si is dangerous only because it is my function 8, but in the grand scheme of LIFE, REALITY, THE UNIVERSE... (Note the scope) there is a serious mismatch between how Si-Dom operates and what our Globalized World around them demands.

One of the dangers I find Si-Strong* individuals is that they are only as safe as the scope of lived experience (Ni 7th or 8th*). If you so happen to find one that has good programming they are invaluable in life, trust me. But! There is no telling what they have lived and have been exposed to and how much development their Ne child/inferior has had. So it's risky business. I don't think an Si-doms can truly tolerate, much less appreciate the GIANT world which is like a prism, multifaceted to infinity.. truly novel.. requiring observation and exploration.. and new understanding, expansion. I think once they hit mid life maturity when Ne comes online they suddenly break free but how many make it there?

Life is Global and Si-Doms are tribal. How I see it, they would do extremely well in a small domain where they know all the rules, they work within a defined box or scope and no major, "unregulated" changes occur. This brought to mind these frequent Karen nightmares, especially with the HOA and such. I totally get them. It's like their safe zone, their tribe. Whilst I see Karens as very dangerous people, I don't think they are evil. What we are witnessing is the panicked defense of their boundaries in a massive world of catastrophic changes, volatility and ambiguity. Lol now that I see it, I can't unsee it, but I remember a sensor-phobia and stereotypes post .. aaaand I don't think it's a stereotype. The Karen's are spawning from those types 🤣.

So it's a very different perspective- Si-Dom vs Ni-Dom, but if we think of the world as a prism.. like a multifaceted diamond.. each facet is in fact a flat surface. And it is within that flat surface the Si-Dom was made to operate. Ni-dom scope broad to infinity.. Si-Dom scope defined. It's balanced in polarity. For the stability of the system we do need many Si doms within each individual facet. But the next danger exists in society when Si-dom tries to step beyond the scope of their facet instead of recognizing it is very particular, narrow and specific.

-- Some rework is required as I account for how the Si-Parent shows up in the world.

The entire perspective is highlight the sliding slope of modern life and how traumatic this is for Si-Strong* individuals.

A type you truly admire?

For me it is the ISTP. Seems like the best of both worlds, in the world but not of the world. Not in their heads, but in their hands. Ni child must be cool once developed. If there was ever Se-envy in me it would never be ESFP SE it would be ISTP for sure.

For the Ladies: Empathy and Martyr Complex

For our INTJ XXers:

  1. Would you consider yourself empathetic, an empath? If no..thanks for stopping by.

If yes:

  1. What are the specific aspects or themes of life which trigger your empathy?

  2. How do you express your empathy in general?

  3. Have you ever been caught in a Martyr/Hero/Fixer trap because of Empathy? Care to share details?

Any males answering yes to Q1, feel free to share also.

‐----- My weird style of empathy as INTJ: 2. I am power sensitive.

I experience empathetic rage when others use the power to oppress or violate others. Vengeance in those situations give me immense satisfaction.

I also would go lengths to reveal their power to people who do not recognize it in themselves. I have suffered trying to help people activate their own potential. Transformation in those situations give me immense satisfaction.

I also have contempt for people who wallow in powerlessness. I am a villian in many such stories and I do not care.

I am extremely inspired by people who despite crippling powerlessness found their power (especially those who fought through physical disability where their own body was their oppressor). Triumph in those situations give me immense satisfaction.

The meaning of life?

Did you contemplate the meaning of life in your youth?

Did you ask yourself who am I?

Did you try to find various mirrors for self reflection while growing up?

Did you not completely understand yourself?

Just curious.

Inflammatory Diet on the Road

Hey y'all this is my first post here.

Yesterday was my 4-month anniversary of car living in the tropical Islands, and I have certain things optimized to a point where I thought to share how I've been able to operate on a minimal budget with minimal access to resources.

For this post I'll focus on my first limitation–dietary restriction. You see I have developed debilitating inflammatory illnesses which are affected by foods namely:

  1. Grains, especially wheat

  2. Legumes

  3. Nuts and Seeds

  4. Dairy

  5. Food Addictives such as MSG, and some dyes

Another food limitation for me is I don't have a refrigerator and I don't have enough power to cook in my car (Power stations are twice as expensive on my Island versus what you buy it for in the states.)

As you can see this eradicates 95% of what is available to buy in a supermarket. Even what I can buy as takeout is extremely limited.

So my current developed diet is pretty much very repetitive. But in my opinion it is very nutritious and I have not actually been super bored of it since I do a bit of takeout every now and again:

  1. Protein: Canned fish (we do not have other canned meats here), my favorites being Sardines and Mackerel which I buy in bulk

  2. Veggies/Fibre: Cabbage (and every now and again carrots and any other veg that I can eat raw when it's available cheap)

  3. Fat: coconut milk powder which is a great source of fat and flavor (and I am very fortunate to be able to tolerate it now because I actually wasn't able to tolerate it a couple months ago)

  4. Flavor: hot sauce and a sweet chili/garlic sauce

  5. Starch: my go-to for snacking or for just fast carbs is plantain chips and very seldom I may do banana chips. Sometimes I could get boiled or roasted produce like potatoes, yams to purchase on the street but not always reliable option. There's always french fries when I am a bit splurgy.

So yeah that's it guys I have a cabbage slaw with some fish pretty much 90% of my meals, I do it chip and dip style with plantain chips—making sure that I rely on a chip that has been fried in palm oil and not seed oil, because that bothers me overtime.

Really isn't much else that I can eat until I get better access to cooking either by a power or moving to a place where I can make a small fire every now and again.. because we don't have access to those mini cans of fuel that you use to cook in my country so pretty much my only option for cooking if you will is charcoal. In a couple of months as soon as I'm able to I'm going to move to a more rural area we're not only will the food be more cheap and abundant but I will also have access to better camping situation since I'll be out side of the urban areas.

Hoping this gives you a better idea of how you can utilize your minimal resources to still have a healthy diet and control your budget a bit, save more etc.

Update: Yes I'm grateful for your comments but please this post was supposed to be an advice thread for the purpose of giving people hope and an idea as to what they can do with severe limitations in their life and lifestyle. Please do not attempt to debate me around my food restrictions as this was not up for grabs, this was not up for political or ethical debating. If you have any questions around it that need clarifications, it's fine to ask but please no debating. Thank you.

Sex-Life & Permanent Singlehood

After coming to terms with the fact that there is no benefit to a relationship with a man:

  1. I recently decided to adopt my child(ren) over a pregnancy
  2. I am not sexual satisfied by men
  3. I cannot think of any other valid reasons to entertain a man outside of sexual pleasure and getting pregnant

I am contemplating full retirement from dating and mating. But as a person with a strong sex drive I'm wondering how you single women take care of your sex life in singlehood.

The last thing I want to happen is to allow sexual frustration to cause me to make some f***** up decisions. I'm thinking if you are strongly sexual, you would be handling this aspect of self in a conscious and deliberate way. Please share your strategies as I'm 3+ years celibate but I'm not entirely sure that forever stamp is legit where I stand currently.
