The General Public Looks Horrible

Being out in the general public, malls , movie theaters etc makes you realize how fucking sick and horrible everyone looks.

This is not some “I’m good looking and other people are ugly” post, as I dont mean facial structure , but so so many people are not just overweight but sick looking.

Corporations and government truly have done such a good job of making us sick, fat, and weak and it’s sad as fuck.

My Costco has barriers so no traffic can drive in the front of the store

Makes it so much less congested and safer to walk out of the store.

Not sure how common this is, does yours?

22 After Apollo- My quads are not okay

If you squatted heavy in apollo yesterday I know you were feeling 22 today!

About 2/3 of the stations were a quad-heavy movement, how'd you all do?

Older couple approached my wife and I in the store saying “God was speaking to them about us and had a feeling to come to over to us”

Is this common down here?

We were cordial but eventually shut the conversation down.

We have never had this happen to us anywhere else but we just moved to Gilbert 2 months ago.

Were they going to try and convert us to a church?

Edit: this was at the AJs at Val Vista and baseline

Is there a “good” McDonalds down here? The one at Val Vista and Guadalupe is horrible

By good I mean relatively competent staff, generally fresh food, obviously it’s still going to be a McDonald’s, I just hate going to this one by me

Dryer smells like sweat after sitting open for a few hours after drying

This is a 2 month old dryer and we don’t do a ton of laundry or anything. There is no smell after drying or even an hour or two after , but after sitting overnight with the door open the dryer has a, bizarre, almost sweat smell.

We clean the lint trap, I also used water and vinegar in a spray bottle 2 weeks ago and cleaned the entire drum.

We take our clothes out right away too. (Note my wife used to leave clothes in there for a while but not recently)

Can anyone else think of what may be happening?

I'm just..not a fan of Hammer

Granted this might just be a me problem. But I struggle to know which weight use.

I can't go as heavy as I want, because I can't do a 30 second pulse +15 extra with that weight. So then I just kinda have to guess at first on what weight I will be able to use at each station.

I also just felt like I was borderline injuring myself at times, the pulses didnt feel "good" which once again I may have just been trying to go too heavy, idk.
