I got this 13 inch Sylvania CRT with Working DVD player. It works awesome and free from my moms friends sleeper cab semi! It also has the remote. The geometry and colors are stunning even for a base dvd CRT tv. It looks like it has very very low tube hours. DVD player slides out perfectly and works super nice. Then the tube looks literally brand new. Looks to be VERY slightly used. I should of made pictures of when I played The cannonball run 🥰

As you guys might remember my New Sony KD-30XS955 was pretty blurry even in the middle. I had the Edge Enhancement off and sharpness down but didnt really help. But as some said something about turning the contrast / "Picture" down can help. I tried that and it helped a ton! It made a heck of a difference. Should I turn my brightness and color up above defult since the contrast is way low? I also really hope my TV isnt compensating for a issue since to have a good image it has to be this much below default.. 😬 Also in person like usual its a bigger difference then pictures

I just got this 30 inch Sony KD-30XS955 Super Fine Pitch TV! It works just fine and everything. But something I noticed is that it is pretty blurry even in the center. Expecially on the edges (way more then my HS510) How would I go to fix that? Its making stuff hard to read and is annoying. Other then the blurry part of it I love the tv. I would really appreciate the help, I really want to keep this old relic going strong 🙂

Ignore the mess, Im moving everything around lol. Anyways my Sony KDS-R60XBR1 I cant get my new bulb to work. It is the right bulb and everything should be good. But installed the tv wont turn on and the lamp light flashes red (no certain amount of times) Please help!? Also Im not sure if I can replace the faulty lamp. Its brand new but since this tv is a little over 2 decades old im not sure if they would replace it for me.

I have a 2006 Sony KDS-R60XBR1 and its starting to get a green tint on itself. I been trying to replace the bulb which I did before on a different projection tv. The original bulb works but is green, I try to put the new bulb in it but it wont click in and the standby light flashes 3 times. I cant get the new bulb to click on. It came with it when I got the tv (a year or 2 ago)

Selling my 30 inch HD Samsung. It has 2 HDMI ports. Its in really good cosmetic condition except for some adhesive on top. It has a tad bit of bowing but not really noticeable. Selling for offers or possible trades.

On the right side of my 40XBR700 there is a little bit of green. I tried to turn the tv and use a degaussing wand. Neither helped :( What way should I try to fix it? Or is it risky and should I just not bother with this model of CRT? (I know NOTHING about CRTs 😅)

His tv is slightly better geometry then mine does. Basically all the same features except for the HDMI. Is this trade worth it? I mainly watch older shows or play my 7th gen consoles on my HD CRTs and use native 1080i. His is in much better cosmetic condition then mine is from top to bottom. Is this trade worth it at least going by quality? I always wanted one of the newer sonys with HDMI and the updated design but some people are saying mine even being older, No HDMI, And having alot of cosmetic damage and a hella big screen scratch, People are saying mine is better.

What are the best videos to show off a HD CRTs video quality? Im currently on my HS510. I find the HD Videos but I swear thats not the highest quality this tv goes. Im running 1080i.

I am the buyer who has got the 40 incher. It needs a little demagnization. I was wondering what a good not to expensive recommendation was? Also how do I do it? Of course the first CRT I need to do this to is a 40 inch Holy grail.. 😟 Looks good already and I dont even have component cables 😎 Also last question I promise. Is there any way to fix or at least somewhat cover the speaker grille? I dont know how but sometime going up the basement we did that. Im sorry to ask all of this to random people. I just want my personal grail / this to be as pristine condition As I can make! 🙂

Found out it was in the basement which they never mentioned. We finally got it out (very roughly) and then made it the 4 hour drive in the box truck (very bumpy) But we made it. But it now has some cosmetic scuffs / damage now as can be expected.. Whats up with the green part on the screen? Also is there any way I can fix the geometry or should I deal with it since this is well a 40 inch.. also how do I get in HD 1080i while being in 4:3 on xbox 360? Im dumb as u can see 😂

As some of you seen on Facebook there was a 40 inch Trinitron listed. I made a deal with him. He marked it pending for me (sent him deposit) Picking it up tommorow. Anyone have any help for me and my 2 friends on grabbing this tv? We got a u-haul, Blankets and dollys. What is the best way to transport this tv? Face down on blanket or right way up? Also what part of the u haul van is the least bumpy? Im thinking myself putting it towards the cab and face down on blankets. Biggest one I have ever bought.. 😅 Also is this a good tv for the PS3 and Xbox 360?

I always wondered. I have a 34 inch KV-34HS510 and wondered if it was worth trading for a KV-34HS420? The other one is a newer HD Model with HDMI. Mine is from 2003 and has DVI. What one should I get for my Xbox 360s and PS3? Both has original stands. His is in much better cosmetic condition then mine is. Mine is second picture. Both has super good Geometry/ colors.

This is my old bus drivers moms console tv. Got it for free and they even drug it to me.. It works amazing and basically looks brand new on the exterior. I cant get over the blacks on these. I mean look at that!? Its absolutely insane 😄 It even has S-Video but I use composite cause I dont have S video cord. Do yall think s video adapter is worth getting for this single tv or is composite about the same?
