50+ DMs later, I think there might be a real gap in India's trekking market

I was already working on an idea around the adventure travel market in India, but something unexpected happened after this comment — I received 50+ DMs asking for help, recommendations, pricing and how things actually work.
That honestly gave me a much stronger signal that there is a real gap in the current market.
Right now, it feels like there are two extremes:
Expensive established players → limited inventory + high pricing
Small operators → large batches + inconsistent experience
I think there is room somewhere in the middle — smaller groups, better experiences, transparent pricing and reliable local operators.
I'm already working on this direction and now looking to connect with someone from a tech/product background who loves trekking and might be interested in joining as a potential co-founder.
