Quanto magnesio elementare dovrei assumere come integratore insieme a 10.000 UI di vitamina D3?

Is 300mg of magnesium bisglycinate albion 3000mg (now foods) enough? Obviously adding 250-300mg from the diet?

Risultati della vitamina D nel sangue: 114 nmol/L / 45,6 ng/ml

Hi everyone, do you think this is a good level to get the maximum effects of vitamin D? I have been taking high doses between 6000 and 10000 IU for years, always with the cofactors K2MK7 and magnesium bisglycinate to have more energy in my strenuous work. However, I managed to do a blood test yesterday to see if I hadn't gone into excess after stopping it for a month and to tell the truth I have felt more tired in the last month (I saw that I have different genes that make me a low responder (FOLK - conversion etc.). In the end, what level do you recommend reaching? 60-70-80 ng/ml? And if so, what dose should I resume? (I’m 180cm tall 75kg 32years old)

vitamin D3

I've been taking high doses of vitamin D3 (between 6,000 and 10,000 IU) for years. I stopped taking it a month ago. I managed to take a test and it's only 45.6 ng/ml. What dose would I need to take to get to 70-80 ng/ml? I have a low VDR receptor and weigh 75 kg, 180 cm tall.

Boron

What is the best boron intake cycle? 2 weeks on and 1 off? Dosage: 6 or 9 mg? (For lowering SHGB and increasing free testosterone) and, finally, what is the best format?
