do drivers come from albany to mail packages to a location that’s 2 hours away?

I can’t mount anything to the event ceiling so would have to place on the ground.

I ordered a few of amazon but the diameter of the beam was too big or light wasn’t bright enough.

preferably looking for something i can sent on the ground and shine up since i can hook anything to the ceiling
