Mystery find- help identify pls.

When I got this, only the bottom potato like cactus pads were present. The striking new pads have grown over the past year. Each pad is around 3 inches; any ideas on the variety?

-Plain Kefir diluted with a bit of water
-Black pepper, fresh crushed fennel seeds, crushed black sesame seeds, hemp seeds, and fresh grated lavender,(usually add Chia seeds but ran out).
-Best way to start the day.
