Will using my prefered name in University Record complicate me finding jobs? My country doesn't allow you to change your name and I kinda wana go into my professional life as my true self, when you get hired you can tell the HR that ur legal name is different right?

I am wondering would it complicate things also if I apply for jobs in the future with a CV in my new name instead of my legal name?

Also legal stuffs, bank, taxes,......etc.
