Salmon over broccoli and bean salad

Salmon over broccoli and bean salad

I love making really simple meals that require minimal cooking! I got the broccoli and bean salad recipe from Food & Wine and cooked the salmon in the air fryer & added some avocado slices & feta cheese on top. What do you think? (My photography skills are lacking)

Am I in labor? Warning- gross questions/descriptions.

Seems like a dumb question but this is my first baby. I had a slow fluid leak last night but not gushing- just a lot of liquid. My due date is today but other than Braxton Hix contractions I feel pretty normal. I’m not in excruciating pain like I’ve been told I would be during contractions. I’ve had some diarrhea which I’ve read could be a sign. I’m not sure what to do.

What to do when you’re 9 months pregnant and down to one comfortable dress? Make a copy of course!

The blue dress is the original. I made the red one out of an old tapestry. I think it came out pretty cute! What do you think?

Huge swollen knees and ankles

I knew about the swollen ankles and feet but has anyone experienced swollen knees??!! I work out as much as I can doing strength training, prenatal yoga/pilates, & walking. Doctor says everything is normal but I swear I cannot tell if I’m just gaining massive amounts of weight or if a lot of it is swelling. I have to wear my husband’s shoes! Don’t get me wrong, I am thrilled about my baby and cannot wait to meet her.

She stole my maternity pillow

Thought I’d take a nice nap after work and there she was— all snuggled up on my pregnancy support pillow. I love her; my little silly girl.

Breastfeeding question

Hey friends— I’m debating on breast feeding vs just pumping and bottle feeding. Leaning towards the latter. I really don’t want to feel like a feeding station or have to worry about sitting still for long periods of time, plus the pain factor. Of course, the ultimate goal is to make sure my baby is healthy and fed, but jw what has been your experience with either method? Any recs for a breast pump? I bought the wearable kind but I’ve been told they aren’t great.

He chewed my plants, tripped me, and stole a piece of turkey while I was packing lunch but then I remember he’s just a little baby.
