Je cherche à me sentir moins seule dans mon parcours et connaître le cheminement de d'autres personnes qui font eux aussi un retour aux études à l'Université Laval.

Ou peut-être me faire de nouvelles amies, car je suis à Québec depuis 3 ans et comme je suis introvertie c'est pas super évident comme je sors pas beaucoup lol. Et presque tous les étudiants dans mes cours quittent dès la seconde que le cours finit

J'ai hâte d'en apprendre un peu sur vos histoires :)

My australian shepherd is almost 5 years old, he used to play with his toys and have fun with them... Now he seems to get so bored, even if I buy him new ones.

He's got every kind of toys...

He went from playing with them for days, to hours .. and now to minutes.. like 5 minutes.

He seems to be so bored even though we take him for walks everyday, he gets only one toy at a time that he chooses.

The rest of the toys are stored in a closet.

I don't know what to do anymore. While we work, he doesn't care about his toy and just lay there looking at me like he's so bored and has such a terrible life.

How can I make him play with his toys by himself when we are busy?

I also have a carpet with treats but he finishes them so quickly, I don't even think it stimulates him anymore. The same with bones.

Is it okay if I put candies and chocolate in a box outside so people can serve themselves instead of opening the door all night? My dog is very reactive and panics everytime he hears a knock on the door or hear people behind the door...

Is that considered rude ?

I love to decorate but just don't want people to knock...

We would just stay in the basement while people take candies. And go out 2-3 times to refill the box.

If someone only has one functioning kidney (because the other doesn’t work) and gets kidnapped by organ traffickers, do they check first before taking a kidney? Or would they assume the person has 2 healthy kidneys?

Could they accidentally remove the only working one??

There is no scar because the other kidney is still there but it's just not working. The working kidney do all the work.

Is it a 50/50 luck ? And just hoping they see the bad kidney first so they leave you alone?

Edit: The kidney that doesn't work is an atrophic kidney, so it's smaller than usual
