He said the war was over and Russia had pretty much won. But Ukraine is now hitting Moscow which leads me to believe it’s not going well for Russia.

I totally understand the disgust of eating man’s best friend. But consider cows and pigs are not dumb animals that work on 1s and 0s like some robot - you look into their eyes and you can connect with them at a soulful level. They can grow attached to you, they remember you, they get happy to see you and sad when you leave.

So how the fuck do we justify putting them through literal torture for all their lives at a massive industrial scale? Eating dogmeat(ethically sourced) and eating brutally factory farmed meats of other intelligent animals are both appalling but if we are purely logical about it, we are full of shit for clutching our pearls whenever we rabidly condemn dog meat as we chomp down on our karma-marinated burger meat that came from tortured and imprisoned cows with traumatized eyes.
