How did you treat round mass of scar tissue affecting blood vessels, ureter, nerve?

I think it’s growing but shouldn’t scar tissue remain stable if it’s just scar tissue? I can palpate this mass and no one is helping me. I think it’s endo but radiology says scar tissue only. What endo surgeon can help with this?

MTS/May Thurner Syndrome - not stented. Does it affect your face? Rapid aging!

I have bilateral compressions and noticed rapid aging, broken capillaries around nose, large pores, cystic acne , dull/oily complexion, HRT not working like it did prior to vascular issues. Anyone else?

Mass of scar tissue compressing iliac vein (and artery). How did you treat this?

What can be done? I can palpate this mass and it’s getting larger but do not know why (if it’s just scar tissue) looks too dense to allow stent expansion.

stepfather contesting estate w/o will

VA- My mother died w/o will. She tried to get an updated will 2.5 yrs behore her passing in anticipation of divorce thst she communicated to her attorney multiple times but attorney wouldn’t allow her to sign will questioning mental status. Married x 5 yrs. She bought him a car and home. She then paid in full for a another home thats in her name only leaving the other home to him. She has a car in her name only. There’s a significant sum in bank account. He informed me that hes entitled to her personal items, the second house and everything else and is hiring an attorney to contest the 2/3 to child and 1/3 to spouse rule. What will a judge decide given I’m single and disabled.

Bilateral Common iliac vein compression/ May Thurner in surgical menopause / hysterectomy

I’d love to hear from anyone that’s had stenting for above with no reproductive organs or after hysterectomy. Since GYN surgery and hormonal collapse, vascular symptoms started. I’m so worried stenting won’t help with - thigh pressure/edema, pelvic pain (R side where I have scar tissue/mass around external iliac artery and vein), lack of blood flow to vulva/genital pain.

Medical opinions range from “you have no problem”, “this was surgically induced and therefore stent won’t help” to “unknown benefit to stent(s).” Nickel allergy and probably MCAS.

What should I do?

Endo/Scar affecting major blood vessels

Fibrosis affecting external iliac vessels and internal iliac artery on R side. Nerve entrapment too. This side of pelvis aches/pressure sensation/fullness and swells with generalized bloating, thigh pressure. What can be done when this disease affects blood vessels? Concerned obstructed vessels causing most of above symptoms.
