I decided to nose train my 5 month old Spoo by leaving treats around the house for him to find. Instead of literally finding one, he just looked near them and kind of looked for his toys instead. It’s a bit disheartening. I’m wondering if he needs his eyes checked too? I didn’t even hide him as I was putting them out. Or do yall think he might be lazy or something?

I am a straight woman with a homeboy who is gay. I’ve known him since high school we’ve always been cool and with the advent of social media we have been able to maintain communication and a pseudo friendship. Recently and randomly he messaged me on instagram like I miss you we should hang out. Well I’m in a place in my life where I do feel like I should be more social so I was open to it. So I suggested a few places and so did he. We settled on a club that I knew was fun that he suggested as said his friends would be at too. So the day comes, he asks to pregame at my house I’m like cool. We pregame I invited my other homegirl because she had been saying she wanted to get out the house. We’re pregaming then all of a sudden plans change and he wants to go to the gay bar. I’m like ok we can start there but I don’t want to stay there all night. We go there he ends up getting drunk af leaving his phone in the uber it takes like an hour between the time we left the gay bar to go to the other club because he was using my phone to retrieve his phone since I called the uber. At this point I’m tired and ready to go home. So I tell him and we part. No big deal he was with other friends.
Next day comes he’s like oh yeah let’s go out again and suggested the same gay bar and I’m like hmm idk if I want to go just because I’m single and ready to mingle. So we didn’t end up meeting up that night.
He just messaged me again on instagram about another gay party this weekend and now I’m starting to question his intentions. I’m feeling like his pet in the sense that he just wants to drag me around the gay bars so he’s not walking in alone type beat but I’m like where is my fun supposed to be had?
Does that make sense?
My 5 mo (in a few days) Spoo is teething. He lost his first two teeth over the past week. Today was a day that I deep cleaned so he was mostly in the crate. Although I took him out on his regular schedule, about 3 hours after he ate/went out when I was taking something to my car I came back to a poopy mess in the cage. OK cleaned it up no problem. Then about 2 hours later I went to take out the trash and I come back to pee and poop in the cage. Like wtf. Has this happened to yall or do you think he might be sick?
The reason I think it’s separation anxiety is because even when I was cleaning my closet, he was whining almost nonstop until he saw me. He never really acts like this. He’s usually super independent. -

So I’ve had this theory for a few years. I am a single 29F with very mild to minimal/ light cramps. Any time I hook up with a new guy, I wait until my cycle to see what my body thinks of them. If I have extreme cramps or fatigue or anger any of the these to the extreme I think hm maybe I should leave that guy alone because they’re throwing off my cycle and flow.
Last month I had two hookups. One with a slightly new guy and then my ex. I’m currently on my period going through it. Should I cut both of them off 😂

I am a 29F single Spoo mom 🐩🐾 I love my baby but he lives a bit of a bourgeois lifestyle. As he should. Part of the reason I got this specific breed of dog is for protection as I know and have met protective Poodles. Currently my boy is 4.5 months.
I am visiting family out of state and they live in a not so safe neighborhood. Although I semi grew up in the neighborhood and I understand there’s no real threat, I want my dog to feel comfortable and confident walking through the neighborhood as well. So I watched a video on YouTube to teach him how to bark on command. Do you all have any other tips?
Example from earlier today:
We were walking down the street and a bull type dog was on their porch. When they saw us they hopped up and began barking. My spoo was terrified quickly ran away and continued looking back. I tried to reassure him and then a mastiff type dog was behind the gate barking.
On the street where we’re staying we passed by another house and a dog barked. My spoo was so afraid he wouldn’t even let me pick him up or comfort him.
I don’t want him to be afraid of other dogs. I also need him to be able to protect me from cat callers 😭 please help.
For about 14 years I have always wanted a Standard Poodle and I finally got him. He’s my dream very cool demeanor he’s just at 4 months old. He knows basic commands sit, lay, roll over. I’m currently working on getting him to stop jumping when people want to pet him which is like everyday as he’s a city dog. I am crate training him but sometimes I fear he doesn’t really sleep at night? Like any time I come in the living room where his crate is, he’s awake. I low key want to have him sleep in the bed but I’m afraid the puppy energy he might get up and chew things while I’m sleeping. Do y’all’s poodles sleep with you? & what other tricks should I be teaching him?
