has anyone gone to great wolf lodge recently? we want to go this weekend but also hesitant because of the long lasting rumors that they have bed bugs 😬

I’ve had 2 separate barbers in lynnwood give my son a complete hack job now, last one was a week ago, his hair on top is choppy and faded way too high. Willing to travel a reasonable distance to get him a good cut.

This might sound dramatic but we live in a tight townhouse community and we’ve been smelling the nastiest rotten/decomposing smell when outside in the open air and haven’t been able to figure out what it is….well long story short I was outside with my kid yesterday and my across the street neighbor started talking to me about how they are having one of those trash bin cleaning services come out because “ours is really bad and has maggots living in it” WTF. I can’t even be outside my house without smelling it constantly.

I can’t find anything with a real answer to this, we were going to go out there for the weekend.

so I got a tattoo roughly 2 months ago, it’s a butterfly and two sets of flowers, the flowers on my shoulder were done last and it had been like 5 hours or something, now that it’s healed everything looks great besides the shoulder flowers, I think they look horrible compared to the rest of the tattoo. do I bring it up to the artist or what? she also said I’d have to pay x for a touch up, every other artist I’ve ever gone do does the 1st touch up for free or cheaper. I also had to pay significantly more for the tattoo than she originally quoted me “because my skin was difficult” mind you I have over a half sleeve and bunch of other random ones and I have never been told this.

I know it’s normal but isn’t your natural lash supposed to be connected to it? I’ve had a few come out now that have no natural lashes on them, doesn’t that mean they weren’t placed correctly or??

Isn’t this supposed to be done at a fill? I just had a 1hr fill yesterday and I’ve had a couple fall out with my natural lash stuck to it, shouldn’t have these been removed and replaced? Please correct me if I’m wrong!!

help! we’re running slightly over sized falken wild peaks, have had them balanced twice, last balance was a few days ago. the wheel shimmy is super intermittent, didn’t do it yesterday, got on the freeway this AM and now it’s doing it again. anyone else have this, and any idea what it could be?

What do you guys wear to salon interviews?! I haven’t had an actual real interview in forever!! I have one on Tuesday and I’m stumped.

I swearrrrr this chick has a personality disorder or something, she switches from crazy and mean to nice in seconds and it’s actually terrifying that someone can flip that quickly.
I work at a kids salon and it’s been very slow at times, they are getting upset with stylists because “we aren’t being productive” uhhh how can we be if there’s not enough client flow? She thinks if she comes in and works at this specific location her books will be full 100% of the time because she provides good quality service…..like me and my stylists don’t??? Wtf….but I’m like yeah sure lady. Also apparently the owner had to pull thousands from a personal acct to keep the doors open at two locations…and acting like it’s the employees fault? Sorry for the long post and yeah I’m looking for a new salon to work at.

I’m genuinely confused, never seen this done. Our new ish salon manager/director of operations is having us use woolite LAUNDRY soap as a clarifying shampoo? Is this insane or am I insane?

I currently use it’s a ten moisture shampoo and joico purple shampoo as needed. I’m running out of the it’s a ten and kind of want to try something new.
I’m a licensed cosmo so ideally something I can grab at cosmo prof or salon centric.

It feels wrong, but he’s severely neglecting himself…he’s diabetic, has had 4 strokes and my husband went to check on him yesterday (he lives alone and is also an alcoholic) and my husband said his slurred speech is worse and his dad also said he’s having a hard time remembering things and his whole left side of his body seems to be effected, so it sounds like he probably had another stroke…..was calling APS the right thing to do?

I’m at my wits end, my son is EXTREMELYYYYY picky, i just want him to try a few new things and he literally refuses and just will not eat. We did baby led weaning and he used to eat anything we set in front of him up until age 3 or 4, he’s 7 now and it’s been so hard. I’ve talked to his pediatrician about it and they brush it off and say it’ll pass or keep trying….but it’s literally been almost 4 years of this, I’m not gonna let him starve himself because he literally would so please don’t suggest sending him to bed hungry. I feel so defeated and frustrated and I don’t know what to do at this point.
