How to fix AvPD before high school ends?

Hey I'm 16 but I've been struggling with something I hardly suspect is AvPD. I don't have friends because I've push all of them away thinking they're pitying me or I'm not good enough for them. I'm also extremely social awkward and inhibited to the point where I can walk through a day of school without talking to anyone. I think this may be because I was bullied throughout my childhood for being chubby so it makes me believe that everyone secretly hates me. It was especially worse during secondary school but at least I'm getting physically healthier now.

Any advice on how to be more socialable at school? I feel like i don't relate much to people because I'm a vietnamese immigrant.

Is this real LOL?

Saw this on Wikisocion. Are SLIs actually into the push-and-pull dynamic? I'm not an IEI but thought this was a little bit surprising. I expected SLIs to favor a more stable relationship.

How much do subtypes affect intertype relationships?

In my experience, I notice that the intertype relationship theory may be off depending on the person's subtype.

I may talk to two people with the same sociotype but the chemistry is wayy different. For example, I vibe very fast with SLI-Te but not SLI-Si. SLI-Si is so passive and difficult to be excited while SLI-Te actively prompts me to give them more Ne and is noticeably hyped up. It's not that the SLI-Si doesn't enjoy my Ne, they like it. But they get tired very quickly and will retreat back into their cave. Meanwhile SLI-Te seems more jolly in engaging with my Ne.

SEE-Fi and me vibe so well in some moments (even though neither of us are interested in strengthening the bond). They're more easy-going than SEE-Se, who are much less compromising and obstinate. When I criticize the works of SEE-Fi, they're like "yeah I know, whatever bruh. let me be." Meanwhile, SEE-Se is more likely to say "it's none of your business. no one cares about your opinion."

Do you guys think we need to add more nuance to the intertype relationship theory where the subtypes are officially taken into account? Like......further subcategory for the relationships 😭? That would be really fun imo.

Though this is just my personal experiences. Please feel welcome to share your thoughts and stories!!

Vultology vs Model G?

I just found out this thing called Vultology, a system that looks at a person's nonverbal cues to determine their cognitive functions, in which immediately reminded me of Gulenko's Model G.

Are they inspired by each other? What's the connection?

I recently watched a few videos about vultology on youtube and the face read signs they gave seem very accurate for me and a few other people i know, which is crazy. Besides those I know nothing about it. I've heard people arguing about its credibility. Any thoughts?

I have AvPD, am i 3e or 3v

TW: Vent

I used to be bullied and alienated a lot as a kid and just now have I realized there is something wrong with my perception of reality.

I have this pervasive fear of being acknowledged and remembered by people because I subconsciously believe that it leaves them the potential to target me. I think anyone can see right through me and is secretly disgusted by me, but they don't say it. I never feel safe at school because any time someone look at me, I'll be thinking they're plotting something behind my back, feeling like most people are trying to alienate me.

I force myself to look schizoid in public to fit in, supressing any signs of emotions to avoid being ridiculed. I don't feel like I'm the same species as other people and I'm afraid of getting caught and alienated.

I constantly have brain fogs at school. I have to dull out my senses to get through the day and don't mind working all by myself.

Sometimes there are a few people at school who are interested in me, but I keep blocking their contacts and avoiding them afterward because I can't trust them. I feel like they're pretending to be kind and waiting for me to be emotionally vulnerable just to later show it to other people. I've blocked all of my childhood friends' contacts thinking I'm just a burden.

Currently, I'm leaning towards 3e because I'm lowkey submissive in public, just too aloof sometimes, to avoid rocking the boat, but 3v is possible.

What is Model G? (I'm clueless)

I'm trying to learn more about Model G and I find it incredibly difficult to grasp. How is it different from Model A? What are those symbols?? Huh?

I tested myself 3 times on gulenko website. First time IEI and other times EII. Does that mean I'm EII on both Model A and Model G? Is that possible? The description of the type on both models seems the same to me.

Are there any contradictions in this typing?

I'm typing my fav english teacher as ISTJ SLI-Te sp/so 1w9 FVEL RCOAN.

I've heard some people said SLI is mostly e9 and ISTP so I'm a little skeptical with my typing even though I'm 100% sure he's a SLI.

How tf do i talk with a SLE without pissing them off

I'm an EII and my SLE teacher seem to hate me for no reason. It's like I have to talk to him according to an invisible script or he'll become disinterested immediately. For example, we greet each other and he asks me how am i doing, i say "Oh, I'm working on this assignment for my ELA class and I'm almost done. How are you?" AND HE LOOKS ANNOYED THEN WALKS AWAY? Like what does he want me to say? This is my common experience.

Can somebody teach me how to approach them better? Please?

(Also note: I love SLE you guys are cool i'm just confused on how to talk to you democratically)

(EDIT: GUYS MY TEACHER MIGHT BE A SEE INSTEAD 😭🙏 lmao im sorryyyy)

A rant about my SP1 english teacher...

Why is he so damn elegant everywhere he sits?? He sits with this crazy 90° posture, where his neck is perfectly aligned with his hip. When he sits on an office chair, his back rarely touches the backrest. AND HE DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. EVERY DAY. It's so aesthetically pleasing, i can't stop thinking about it when I'm around him. Even when he stands with his laptop on one hand and type it with the other, he still looks aristocratic everywhere he stands.

He is addicted to being productive. I've never seen him taking a minute break from work. He always wears an oversized business shirt and beige pants, and they're always wrinkles-free. Everytime you glance at him, he'll never do anything you unexpected. He behaves in this perfect lady-like manner. Is he even real? Sometimes i think about the possibility of him being a machine pretending to be a human.

Can any sp1 relate to this?

EII but Fe suggestive?

Hey guys, is it possible for an EII to have Fe suggestive instead of Fe ignoring?

Reasons Im an EII:

Im naturally good at catching people's energy. I can tell if I'm compatible with someone just by looking at that person and talking to them for a few times. I'm very picky with who i confide in and befriend with. I see my friends as my allies who I'm very protective of. I have Ti role. I'm not good at explaining concepts even though I'm good at noticing them and using them to arrive at conclusions. However, I think it's more about me using my intuition to make those connections. If somebody ask me to explain, I would just say idk because I'm lazy to articulate it out.

Reasons I have Fe suggestive:

I yearn to be participated in an emotional and dramatic group environment but doesn't know how to. I'm an EII who have deep feelings and emotions but am socially awkward. I tend to have rare bursts of emotionality that shock people. For example, people think I'm very stoic and nonchalant in this one class for the whole semester, but one day I changed my seat next to a group of people that was very open in discussions (I think they are Alphas) and non judgmental when I expressed myself. So I took it as an encouragement and acted as loud and honest as I'm allowed to be. It felt amazing. Though this didnt happen for long because I could only act like that when the people in that group are in a good mood and initiate the discussion first. Another instance is when I was around my ESE friend in the other class, I became much more extroverted. I raised my hand more frequently to answer the teacher's questions and I'm much more confident in acting silly and expressive in front of my class. Without her, I would never exercise my mouth and become much more close-off. I appreciate my ESE friend a lot for being so emotionally stable and enthusiastic while I was being up and down. She was so kind and helpful that I thought of her as the virgin Mary (it was just a thought). I have a hard time trusting people, especially strangers, so seeing someone so emotionally honest made me feel so alive. I don't know if this is related but I tend to burn bridges with people who are not consistent with their attitude. For example, I don't like it when someone suddenly becomes cold and distant with me without explaining because I would never have the courage to ask. I don't want to appear intrusive, coersive, desperate, or needy. It's very hard to focus on my academics if one of my friends is giving me mixed signals.

Reasons I have Fe Ignoring:

However, I can only open up under a few conditions: 1) I have to be familiar with those people or be sure that they're good people with good intentions; 2) they have to be interested in and appear non-hostile in hearing what I say, and 3) I'm not going to participate in unhealthy discussions that involve gossiping, discriminating, or bullying. If a group situation doesn't fulfill these conditions I would never entertain it or appear interested to.

Disclaimer:

I'm very new to Socionics. If I've shown to be misunderstanding something in this post, please point it out and correct it for me. Any input is welcome.
