I know this form was old but I feel this kind of question would be used for put more tiers and increase price over subscription like some alarm under a higher cost lol

For now I bet they are using to funnel those questions to then throw into the website the cherry pick numbers where X % of their users can't live without Y and ignore most of the negative ones and get lost into the AI summarize tool throw into the forms to save time when customers try to provide real pain points and constructive feedback
