I'm not sure what else to do on this so I am reaching out here for some advice.

I used to be pretty active in this specific subreddit but a few months ago I started noticing that all of my posts were getting auto removed by the bots that were set up. I assumed that maybe my posts were missing some specific criteria that prevented my posts from being posted but after checking over the rules multiple times I saw that my posts didn't actually violate anything.

I was also able to make posts in the past without any issue, so this was a brand-new thing that was occurring.

I carried on and just shrugged it off and continued to be active by leaving comments to discussion posts, but I noticed that my comments were not being responded to and were not receiving any upvotes or downvotes. This made me curious, so I clicked on the "share" button on my own comments, opened up an InPrivate window, and pasted my comment into the url. I noticed that my comments were gone. They simply did not exist.

Now I was really confused...

I reached out to the modmail inquiring about what was going on only to get ignored. I tried reaching out again after explaining the situation to where a mod finally replied and explained I was probably shadow banned. They gave me some basic instruction on what to do to get unbanned.

I followed the instructions only to find out I am not actually shadow banned and that my account has 0 strikes against it. I replied back to that modmail but I got ignored.

After a few more weeks I tried reaching out again... got ignored.

More weeks passed and I reached out again, this time a little frustrated because of how poorly this was all going down. I did end up getting a reply and the mod said that the automod was removing my posts and that they would set me as an "approved user" so that this wouldn't happen anymore. They said that if I continued to have issues to message them again and they would fix it. I thanked them and went about my day.

A couple days later I tried to make a post there, but I found out that the automod was still removing my posts. I tried the comment trick and found that my comments were also being deleted.

I attempted to follow up like the mod had requested but I am being ignored again. As of now I have not gotten any responses as to why this is happening and I am not sure what else to do.

I have plenty of karma, so it isn't a karma issue; my account is several years old, so it isn't an age issue either.

I really wanted to post some of my fanart so it's a huge bummer that I have seemed to have been unofficially "banned" for whatever reason.
