i checked the codeforces rating of iiit sri city students and it looked a little lackluster compared to other institutes, considering iiits is totally tech oriented, so i was wondering if iiits is more focused in dev or smth else other than comp programming

ive also heard cse core gets an almost unfair advantage during placements compared to cse aiml data science etc.
