I was making a part via VRTM, and I passed the leak test PERFECTLY, the gauge didn't move a single centimeter for 30 min wile I went off to do other shit. I then infused resin into my part, sat with it for 10 min to monitor, still had absolutely 0 leaks, then left for abt 20 min to continue my other project. When I came back my bag was completely depressurized and there was a thin cut about an inch long going down my vacuum line a few inches down from where my clamp was placed. My part was fucking ruined ofc, and not even my instructors with 10+ years of experience could tell me what the fuck happened. I'm like 80% a certain male student whom was lurking around my part the entire setup (and who's ego was def hurt that all of my parts always came out perfect when his didn't) was responsible for this. He was also suspiciously interested in staring over the instructors shoulder when he was pointing out everything wrong with my part AND he was quick to come up to me when I was upset and gave me an overdone condolences that my project turned out like shit and his didn't. There has always been a one sided competition between us and I think he was sick of "losing". Am I just paranoid? And if so pleeeeease give an explanation for wtf happened because I am hard stuck on finding an answer.

I'm a student at The FAB School, I'm good with all bagging techniques, even old school ones, and I can do repairs, moldmaking, ect. Basically I'm saying I feel confident and qualified for any job, but I really wanna work on cars, I was inspired to persue this career by a woman I met who was doing repairs on a porsche at the long beach grandprix, and I wanna do something like her. Can someone please point me in the direction of anyplace I can go within socal to do that kind of work?

As a kid (5-8) I would occasionally wake up in the middle of the night to see this sort of “static” in my vision. I call it static because it’s the closest thing I can compare it to, a blob of moving transparent static.  It would fly away from me and I would follow it through the house, I had no say in where it went.  My Dad made vfx for Sony at the time so we had a lot of free posters everywhere, and basically what would happen is the static would occasionally hover over them, and when they did the pictures came to life, but I couldn’t interact with them in any way or the static would fly off somewhere else. After only about 10 minutes it would go around a corner somewhere and disappear.  And every time after that first night I would beg for it so hover over specific pictures, but it never listened and hovered over whatever picture it wanted.  

I thought maybe it was a vision problem, but it was going around corners where I would lose track of it and have to actively look for it, not to mention it was flying around all the time.  And most interestingly, when I managed to touch it, my hand would get that prickly pins and needles feeling, but in a more neutral way, not unpleasant or painful at all.  It also seemed to react to me sometimes when I talked to it, stopping and “looking” at me.  It had no face or eyes but I could feel it was staring into me sometimes.  I also thought maybe I was sleep walking, but if so, why can I remember every detail, including my mom leading me back to bed after it disappeared, and asking me about it in the morning?  Also it’s important to mention that I’m an extremely light sleeper, even the sound of my cat’s footsteps on the carpet wakes me up.  

Anyway this occurrence happened about a handful of times, maybe a bit less than 10, and then after a long break, it appeared again.  This time it was angry, it sounded like a hive of bees, and it felt like a bunch of little bugs knocking into me.  I was terrified of course so I screamed for my mom and she came in trying to convince me nothing was there but I could barely hear her over the buzzing, and I could still see and feel them/it.  Then all at once it flew out of site and I never saw it again.

Has anyone else experienced or heard of something like this?

I've only tried The Porefessional but it didn't work well. Also idk if its relevant but I use a Lancome foundation.
