What equipment is actually reputable and can’t be fooled?

I’ve been reading a lot about how a majority of the equipment can be easily triggered from external natural stimuli like interference or even walkie talkies being keyed up. What equipment is considered essentially fail safe?

Positive Thread: What would you change about BK to make it even better?

I quit going to BK for probably over a decade after I gave up on the quality. I returned a few months ago and have probably been at least once a week as I am loving the resurgence with the new Whopper quality. It really got me thinking: what specific thing would you change about BK that’s actually attainable for the chain?

My suggestion: bigger sauce tubs. I love the zesty sauce.

The Google Coach is awesome the more information you feed in

If you log more and more lifestyle things affecting your daily life, the AI Coach is getting better and better at posting person-specific analysis based off your data with its daily updates. I really see the potential in this for the future health and well being of wearables users. I’ve been filling in daily notes, maybe just a quick sentence or two and it’s responding much more specifically to things that affect my life and I find useful.

Can the newly released 2026 Google Home speaker work with the 2024 Google Streamer for “surround sound”?

I run my Samsung TV off a sound bar. I just bought a Google streamer today due to Apple’s ridiculous Apple TV price hikes. Can I buy two new Google speakers that just came out and run it alongside my soundbar? I would like to have the sound bar blasting towards the couch and two Google home speakers behind the couch.

Pacers shouldn’t have put ourselves in position to lose our draft pick.

I respect our front office. I think they care about the city and the team. I’ve been thinking about the decision to include the lottery pick AND losing Mathurin for Zubac and we shouldn’t have been put in this position. Once we were actively tanking, that lottery pick should have never had the opportunity to leave the team. A top draft pick with a championship level roster is invaluable when we have two super max players on a limited window and fiscally conservative owners.

How do you feel about losing the pick now that time has passed?

With used car prices through the roof, who do you like for auto dealerships in our area?

I’m already expecting to pay more than in years past, but I want to go to a dealership with great service and quality. Who do you recommend?

I started Lexapro in October 2025. This is my Fitbit data to show my recent weight averages

I’m not saying Lexapro was the cause of my weight gain, but I found this data very interesting and wanted to share given all the conversations about weight gain. I was on 10mg from late November to late May when I was bumped to 20mg.

For those who specifically went AirPod Pro 1 ➡️ AirPod Pro 3, was it worth the cost?

I don’t think these ever get a lower price than the $169 they are right now and I want to run to get them, but my pro 1s work fine. Did you notice a “wow that’s a huge difference” or “hey, that’s a little nicer” when you upgraded?

Shoutout for the nostalgia ending to the 500million video

Been watching Mr. Beast since around 2016…it was a nice breath of fresh air to see the sincere Jimmy just sitting in front of the camera like the old days, with the nostalgic music playing the outro. I know it’s easy to forget the climb to the top and it all gets blurred together, but congrats to everyone involved and the outro and video was a nice reminder to think about every rung of the ladder they have climbed. Congrats to everyone involved.

Can we talk about sleep tracking?

My sleep tracking has been exceptional for over a week. Today, i noticed it did not track my hour+ nap which was kind of a bummer. What’s your sleep experience been like in the app? So far ive been impressed, but i would like naps to be automatically detected.

Switched from an Apple Watch to the Fitbit Air today! First thoughts

I loved my Apple Watch. It was time for an upgrade, so I went back to my favorite device before I switched to smartwatches: a Fitbit.

This thing feels so much lighter than my Apple Watch, I have to give Google a 10/10 on the physical design of the device. It feels amazing. I’m making a conscious decision to be more in the moment and less stuck to screens, so I really wanted to pick this up and give it a go.

Syncing the app on my iPhone was easy peasy. It pulled in my Apple health data, asked if I wanted to replace my old charge 3 with the Fitbit air, installed and updated quickly. Charging to 100% was fairly quick. I enrolled in my three free months of premium and will see how the data collection goes over the next few weeks, I’m willing to be patient, I’ve seen all the threads on the app.

My one request of Google: please keep iOS users on the same page as Android as far as features and updates.

Excluding the app complaints as I feel like that’s been covered and covered, how has your experience been with the hardware itself and what are your thoughts?

Trouble going from 10mg to 20mg

Has anybody had trouble going from 10mg to 20?

I was on 5mg for a month and 10mg for 6 months. My doctor upped my dose to 20mg three days ago. I took two days at 20mg and felt like I was hit by the exhaustion truck. I always take it at night and have never had exhaustion issues, but I fell asleep at 5pm last night. I apparently also made a smart comment to my boss because he called me out on it and I didn’t realize I had done so. Has anyone else had issues like this? I know it’s a new dose and there’s a period to adapt, but it has me worried regardless.

Got my permanent crown today. Just realized I didn’t receive any instructions on eating

I received my permanent crown today about 3 hours ago. Is there anything I can’t eat going forward? I don’t plan on Larry taffy that seems obvious enough.

Do I need to eat soft foods the first day or two?

My phone credits are based off Unlimited Welcome plan, if I upgrade my plan do I lose the credits?

I want to update my plan to unlimited plus so I can activate an Apple Watch. If my special offer I claimed for device credits every month specifically mentioned unlimited welcome as the plan, am I allowed to upgrade to a higher plan to keep the credits or do I need to wait 2.5 years for the credits to expire before I change the plan to plus?

What’s the difference between the performance, active, and elevated modern band?

I know it’s different materials, but I’m curious to if anyone has worn similar materials before? I’m considering the silicone or elevated but don’t understand the difference. Thanks everyone

Whopper with cheese. Really, really good. Onion rings were hot and I missed that Zesty sauce after not going in years until recently.

Good job BK. You’ve got a customer back.

I’ve been debating on upgrading my series 6 to a series 11 today. After giving it a lot of thought, I realized that I mainly use my watch for text notifications at work. I decided I’m going to go ahead and upgrade, but I feel like it would be cool for everyone to share what they use their watch for, what apps they use daily, etc. These small things are powerful computers, let’s help each other get the full potential by sharing specific uses that people like me may not realize what they are great at.
