I bought ikiru bfi region b blu ray and in the past it took me to a screen after loading but it’s just stuck on the loading screen not any region blocked screen. Is there anything i can do?

Unfortunately Universal would not let us licence this film for a 4k release, we asked many times, but they just said no. Great shame.
