5.19.5. - I've had this version for a while with no issues. Today, the pen menu is not responding (i dont have the hand selected) and some writing has now been placed on top of other pages making it appear as if a 4 year old has gained access. I've done a soft reset twice. Has anyone had these issues?

This device will be so valueable while i'm in school. However, considering all of the screen issues it has, i am finding it very hard to drop $700 USD for it. The main reason I'm considering is due to its light. Can someone chime in, please? Persuade or dissuade me.
Hello. I just found a great planner, but they're is no place for a task list. 😕 there is a note section at the very bottom. I guess I'll utilize that for daily tasks.I read that you should not have a long list of to dos each day. I'm just curious as to where your keep your tasks. Thanks!

i’m not new to boox as I’ve had go 10.3 for quite some time. however, now that I have my new note air 5C, when I sync my notes they are nowhere to be found. I have the Boox app on my iPad and I’ve always been able to see my notes there. However, there is nothing there. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve even gone to push.boox.com and still there Is nothing there. The notes from the Go 10.3 synced flawlessly to the NA5C, but for some reason, I no longer see them on my computer. can someone help please?
Colors look different on various devices and there's not a Best Buy near me. How would you describe the Fig Colorsoft? Would you say it's a dark cranberry? Or does it have more red? I'm just wondering if it will clash with blue highlighter. (Asthetics matter)

When reading a book, you can have a side column for notes. Can you use various colors in the side margin? Also can you use color for notes within the book? I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen anyone use color for notes with a book. Thanks!!

I have the 10.3 but wanted color. I'm familiar with color eink as I've owned just about every brand. But this seems to require quite a bit of tweaking, or am I mistaken? Kindle thumbnails are extremely grainy. My question is, once I find the proper setting, will it work across the board? I'm trying to determine if this is normal, or if I have a bad device 🤔

Welp! They're they are. The pink is the Paperwhite 12, the other is the Colorsoft 32GB. The Colorsoft has the yellow band at the bottom. The camera may have removed it because it's not very visible in the photo. Both are set to 0 warmth and brightness set to the max
