Can I cancel my seat after paying 2lakh rupees and get refund,
Coz VIT is my backup option, CET results are not yet out so kinda confused

BMSCE
MSRIT
and why?

BMS
MSRIT
PES.

Or should I take a drop and try to get into a NIT or IIT
