Want a perfume that smells like this

I'm struggling to describe exactly what I'm looking for, so bear with me.

The closest way I can explain it is that I want a fragrance that smells cold. Not necessarily aquatic or citrusy, but almost like ice itself. Maybe slightly minty, maybe not. Think of the cooling sensation and smell you get from Orbit gum, minty breath, or even something like Dermicool—not medicinal, just that icy-fresh feeling.

I've never actually tried a proper mint fragrance, so I'm not even sure mint is the note I'm looking for. It's just the closest thing I can think of to the vibe in my head.

A bit of context: I play a lot of cricket and other sports, especially during the summer weekends, and I want something that feels extremely refreshing in the heat. I already own a few citrus-heavy fragrances and enjoy them, but that's not what I'm after this time.

I understand that super-fresh profiles usually don't have beast-mode performance, and that's fine. If it can give me around 5–6 hours of decent performance in Indian summer conditions, I'd be happy.

Budget is under ₹5,000. I'm open to Indian brands, Middle Eastern fragrances, designers on discount, or anything else that fits the brief.

If you've come across something that genuinely gives off an icy, freezing-cold, minty-fresh, "just stepped out of an ice chamber" vibe, I'd love to hear your recommendations.

Ordered Freeze Water but Got Cool Water

I've been looking for a good Cool Water clone for a while, and recently saw a couple of YouTube reviewers talking about Arabian Aroma's Freeze Water, which is supposed to be inspired by Davidoff Cool Water.

Since I wanted a few fresh fragrances for the season, I picked up Freeze Water along with Isilvay and Sauvaj in a combo pack. However, when the order arrived, the bottle I received was labeled "Cool Water" instead of "Freeze Water."

What's confusing is that the website still lists it as Freeze Water, my order confirmation says Freeze Water, and the YouTube reviews I've seen also show Freeze Water packaging. The scent itself seems correct though—I've smelled the original Cool Water before, and on first impression this smells surprisingly close.

Not really a complaint since the fragrance seems to be the right one, but I thought I'd point it out in case anyone else orders Freeze Water and gets confused when a bottle labeled Cool Water shows up instead.

Has Arabian Aroma recently changed the name/packaging and just not updated the website?

Mawj Moscow Mule

Recently picked up Mawj Moscow Mule and thought I’d share some early impressions.

I’ve been looking for a proper fresh fragrance for a while now. Last year I bought Kaaf and honestly, I loved it. But one issue I had with it was while playing sports or being outdoors in peak summer. The oil concentration felt a little too heavy on my skin when sweating, especially during cricket sessions.

Lately I’ve started playing cricket regularly again with friends — usually long morning to afternoon games 2-3 times a week in proper summer heat — and I wanted something specifically for that purpose. Just something airy, fresh, easy to wear and not sweet/heavy.

Most of my collection leans Middle Eastern and dense anyway, so I didn’t really have a true “freshie” apart from Kaaf. I also had Theoreme for a while, but honestly I never enjoyed it much. There was this weird pan masala-ish vibe I kept getting from it, so I recently sold it.

Initially I was considering Khamrah Qahwa when it released, but after seeing reviews saying it eventually dries down sweet again, I dropped the idea because sweetness was exactly what I was trying to avoid.

So the final decision came down to Rasasi Hawas Ice vs Moj Moscow Mule.

Now after buying this, I honestly think Hawas Ice probably wouldn’t have been a bad option either, but something about Moj Moscow Mule interested me more. Maybe even the bottle played a role because the presentation is genuinely beautiful.

Coming to the scent itself — I genuinely don’t know how I feel about it yet.

The best way I can describe it is… salty.

Not oceanic in a blue perfume way, but literally like salty beach air on skin and clothes after coming back from the beach. Like dried salt on your body mixed with warm air. It’s a very weirdly realistic vibe to me.

And honestly? I still can’t decide whether I love it or hate it.

It’s interesting for sure, but definitely not an instant love at first sniff kind of fragrance for me.

Performance so far seems average at best. I sprayed it on my hand in the afternoon and it was mostly gone within 6-7 hours, maybe even earlier. Need to test it properly outdoors though before judging too hard.

Bottle design is honestly amazing though. Easily one of the better looking bottles I own right now.

Paid around ₹2300 for it from a community seller and delivery was surprisingly fast — got it within like 3 days.

Overall, too early for a final verdict, but first impressions are:

- Very fresh

- Salty/beachy

- Different

- Non-sweet

- Average performance (for now)

Still testing it out, but curious to know how others here feel about Mawj Moscow Mule because this is one confusing fragrance for me right now.

Bought my first Jersey and loving it

Finally bought my first football jersey again after years, and honestly this one means a lot to me.

I got the Brazil away jersey recently, and there’s a small story behind why I bought it.

Back in 2019/2020, I had gone on a Singapore-Malaysia trip with my family around my birthday. I was a massive Neymar fan back then (still kinda am), and on the actual day of my birthday we were travelling from Singapore to Malaysia by bus, so there wasn’t really any celebration or anything.

The next day we went around some local shopping areas, and my dad told me to pick something as a birthday gift. To this day, that’s honestly the only proper birthday gift I remember getting as a kid. I ended up buying an original PSG Neymar jersey. I think it cost around 5-6k, which was a huge thing for me at the time, and I absolutely loved that jersey.

Sadly, I lost it around 3-4 years ago, and it genuinely hurt because I was super attached to it.

After that I kinda lost interest in buying football jerseys altogether.

Recently though, when Neymar got called back into the Brazil squad, it brought back all those memories again, and I randomly decided I wanted a Brazil jersey.

I went around local shops here in Bangalore trying to find one, but the biggest size I could find anywhere was 2XL. I’m a pretty big guy right now (around 5’10”-5’11” and ~106 kg), and most 2XL jerseys fit me really awkwardly.

Then while scrolling through Reddit, I saw people recommending Miso jerseys for budget buys. I thought, “What’s the risk in trying a ₹350 jersey?”

And honestly? I’m really happy with it.

I finally got a 3XL that actually fits me properly, the fit is surprisingly great, and overall it feels amazing for the price. There’s a tiny issue near the Brazil logo — either slight colour fading or stitching — but apart from that, I genuinely love it.

Maybe it’s not an expensive authentic kit like the old PSG one, but this jersey weirdly brought back the same feeling I had as a kid.

TL;DR:

Bought a Brazil away jersey recently after years of not buying football jerseys. I loved that jersey but sadly lost it a few years ago.

Recently Neymar getting called back to the Brazil squad brought back old memories, so I decided to get a Brazil jersey. Couldn’t find my size locally (needed 3XL), found Miso jerseys through Reddit, and took a chance on a ₹350 jersey.

Honestly super happy with it. Great fit, looks amazing for the price, and somehow brought back the same feeling I had with that old PSG jersey.

Trying to find Mawj Moscow Mule

I want to buy this but I'm not in any community seller groups so would be helpful if any of y'all have any idea of who has it and could provide their contact

No tracking, no replies, no perfume, thanks Mom Perfumes

Yep so, I ordered a perfume from Mom Perfumes' website on 2nd May. After not receiving any tracking details for days, I called them on 8th May and they told me the perfume was currently out of stock and they'd receive it in 1-2

days.

I then asked how long delivery would take after that, and they said another 3-5 days, which was still okay with me.

But today, 14th May, I still haven't received any tracking or shipping update. They're not responding to my calls or texts anymore either.

What's making this worse is that this was supposed to be a special gift for my guy. It's a perfume he wanted for the longest time and it's really hard to find in stock, so I even overpaid for it just to get it in time.

And

honestly, why are you even selling or marketing something on your website that isn't actually in stock ffs?

Now the whole experience is getting ruined because of how poorly they're handling communication and updates.

What to even do at this point cause this guy isn't even responding???

posting for @u/FantasticDog2973 as they have low karma
