Why do indian managers so ass licking kind? Why do they all think that working 24*7 is the the only way? Why can't they respect personal boundaries? Why is giving leaves so difficult? Can I not take leaves I am entitiled to them. What should I do, die for the company? And then we all suffer and when we bacome managers we do the same? Why can't we let go of being a slave..... Slave to the system to the politicians, to the employers why?

People have committed suicide in big companies like E&Y and many other places? Does anyone care no?
