Like, even if I manage to leave my scrolling habits and do all the skincare, working out, good sleep and somehow develop enough social skills, then still I will end up worrying about someone's past relationships 'coz I didn't have any.

Everybody around me has been in 1 relatioship atleast, and I am here hoping for someone with none.

I have watched dr. k's (healthygamer) video about insecurities; the solution given in that video was to put active effort into pulling myself out of this comparison going in my mind. I do that, but that's a temporary solution, and the thoughts are not stopping, and I am tired of this.

My schedule ideally should be 2 hours of self study at home from 9-11 am and then offline classes from 2-9 pm.

I live with my parents so they gave me a separate room to study with no distractions but I just end up daydreaming and running around here and there or end up using internet endlessly.

In public study area if I go into daydreaming/scrolling I would need to pull myself back into reality to not get spotted doing it.

But I can't always be in a public situation and I have tried meditation for a week but that didn't help too.

In case it matters I do study in the room I sleep in but have a dedicated table just for study and I don't use the bed for studying.

Or should I consider a Dell Inspiron, ASUS TUF, or HP OmniBook instead? (All 6 options having similar specs)
