Today the kids and I went to our local card show and we all came out happy in the end. This is only our third card show together and my daughters fall more in love with it every time. Today especially made for some fun memories. I went in with full intent on selling/trading my PSA 10 151 Charizard I just got back, honestly, not a slab fan and this is how I play in the hobby without spending my hard earned money. But this is why I love working with local vendors, sometimes you can work some really good deals. We found this vendor who happened to be interested in trading for the 151 Zard and who also happened to have a duplicate Phantasmal Zard and a duplicate raw 151 Zard (I also just love the Magikarp 😆). Vendor threw in the Chaos booster bundle for my 3 kids to sweeten the pot lol but one of my kids had also spotted the Psyduck from Ascended Heros. They wondered if they could trade in some cards to get the Psyduck but they would have literally had to trade all their cards and still be a little short. We stepped away so they could rip the booster bundle but my kid was still just thinking about that Psyduck. The bundle was a dud (according to the kids as they pulled the Chespin IR 🙄) so they wanted to rip more packs so I said “ok, let’s rip something fun then.” I pulled out a small stack of cards and I handed them to my kid and said “go turn that into some packs of Ascended Heros and if you want that Psyduck, we’re going to pull it.” We found another vendor with the Mega Lucario box and was willing to take our trade. So now each kid had 3 packs and I snagged the one left over. I could not believe my eyes when my kids literally broke down in tears as they pulled the Psyduck from the wrapper. It happened to be that vendor, that box and that pack landed in their hands and gave them the EXACT card they wanted 🥹 and then to top it all off my pack had the Mega Meganium SIR 🤣🤣🤣 what a day. Also I’m going thinking about using an acrylic paint pen to do the Bulbasaur IR from Mega base set on the front cover of the binder, you think that’s the move?

Just kidding 🤣 but I genuinely want to know why nobody is talking about this card? I know it’s Claydol but the art is so siiick.

I’ve been hovering around $3k for the longest time but decided to send in some of my PC to get graded. The very generous grader gave me 4 10’s that just sent my collection soaring. I’m not a huge fan of graded cards either so I’m probably going to sell the 10’s, crack the non 10s and use the money from the 10s to reinvest in more raw cards. This is fun, I’m having fun, are you having fun 🙃

Pulled this from a pack like this. I know it looks like someone just sharpied all over it and I thought the pack was a resealed pack. But nothing seemed off about the pack, in fact I pulled the Misdreavus IR right behind this card. Also upon further inspection there is no ink bleeding on the edge of the card which means the mark was done first and then the card was cut. I’ve posted this on the other forums and they say it’s a Makers End Mark Error. Pretty rare to see I guess. Just wanted to share this and if anybody has more information on these types of errors I’d love to hear it.

I pulled this card from a pack like this. I’ve posted it in a couple forums and the consensus seems to be that it’s a Makers End Mark Error. Pretty rare to see I guess. Should I send it in to get graded? Can they authenticate the error? Will they keep my card? Thoughts?

Literally just pulled this card from the pack like this. How did this happen? Kind of a cool collection piece but how would I prove it came from the pack that way? I thought maybe this was a resealed pack but the Misdreavus came in the same pack. Does it hold any extra value? Or just a funny talking piece?

Pulled this Miraidon ex with these weird 6’s drawn on it with what appears to be a paint pen or marker. I thought maybe it was a resealed but I also pulled the Misdreavus in the same pack. Any thoughts?
