[Acne] Should I pull out these hard little plugs?

Sometimes they lead to active pimples and if I don’t pull them out they stay for a while

It disgusts me how normalized racism is against Asian people.

I am Wasian. I go to a mostly white school with the second most common race being black. The school system itself/teachers/staff are not racist. But the amount of racism that occurs among students is mind boggling.

I want to start by humbly saying that I am not someone that would be easily picked on. You can check my profile to see what I’m talking about.

It is so common for people to racially profile me. I can’t even count how many times people have made jokes about eating dogs/cats or done the eye mocking. And people will just laugh it off and think it’s ok. But for ANY other race, when people make a joke about black people stealing, or Hispanics working in construction or white people being boring or racist, they get treated like they just punched somebody.

And I’m not saying this because I’m being sensitive. I genuinely do not care if someone does it but it’s the fact that they think just because someone is Asian they think it’s ok, but it’s not ok to do it for other races

No one notices fake watches

I have a $100 datejust 36

I’ve spoken to probably over 50 people about the watches we were wearing, even letting some of them hold mine and have a good look at it.

Every single time it’s “wow what a beautiful piece” and never “nah this marker is misaligned yo shit fake bruh”

Mfs on this sub genuinely don’t have a clue about how the real world works. They’ll sit on here hours a day looking for the slimmest flaw that people do not see in real life.

Go outside.

Nerd.

I think programming is way over complicated and sticking to the basics will always get you the best results.

I remember posting on here trying to increase my numbers. Everyone told me I had to run a “proven program” because I didn’t know what I was doing.

They all said “don’t train your SBD to failure, you’re gonna plateau” “you need to deload every 8 weeks and you can only max out twice a year”

This led me into a downward spiral of constantly overthinking my programming, wondering if I was going to get injured or stop making progress due to fatigue and plateauing.

For the past 8 months, I didn’t follow a strength program. I ran simple double progressions, training EVERY set to failure and simply maxxing out when I felt strong.

The results?
OHP: 230 (Full ROM all the way to my chest, paused)
Squat: 385
Bench: 300 (330+ wrapped)
Deadlift: 500 (hit that 8 months ago probably closer to 550 now.

Oh did I mention I’m 17 and 170 lbs.

Don’t let other people tell you how to train.
Lift how you want, train hard, train to failure.
Stop when something hurts.
And I guarantee that is the best program you will run.
