CAW Parts Mod?
Does anyone know if there is—or will be—a mod for WWF No Mercy Plus V3 that adds the faces, hairstyles, accessories, beards/mustaches, masks, and clothes/costumes of the characters from WCW/nWo Revenge and WCW vs. nWo World Tour? I’m not talking about the characters themselves, but rather the CAW parts so people can create them on their own. Only CAW Parts; nothing else.

Could a Saiyan with the following resources "catch up with the universe" and avoid being blown to smithereens in the face of a threat like the most recent villains?
- Access to the Tree of Might
- Access to a Hyperbolic Time Chamber
- Access to Senzu Beans to take advantage of the Zenkais (which decrease) when training near death
- A rare spell to rejuvenate
- Dragon Balls (Three wishes: become a founder-level expert in all martial arts in the universe, have an enhanced Saiyan tail, and unlocked potential)
Let's assume that this hypothetical Saiyan can unlock Ozaru, SSJ 1 (with 2nd and 3rd grade) - SSJ 4 (GT) and try to master them the same way Goku did with SSJ 1 in the Cell Saga.
How far would he get with or without God Ki?
