Hallo zusammen,

ich interessiere mich für die CMP VERTYX MID WP Trekking Shoes und habe sie bereits im Laden anprobiert.

Vom ersten Eindruck her haben sie sich ziemlich gut angefühlt, bevor ich sie kaufe, würde ich aber gerne wissen, ob jemand hier Langzeiterfahrungen mit dem Modell gemacht hat.

Zu meinem Einsatzprofil:

Ich gehe nicht besonders oft wandern.

Wenn ich wandern gehe, dann eher leichte bis mittlere Touren.

Typische Südtiroler Wanderwege: meist erdiger Boden, Waldwege und Wurzeln. Geröllfelder oder sehr technisches Gelände kommen eher selten vor.

Hat jemand die Schuhe im ähnlichen Einsatz wie ich und kann etwas dazu sagen? Würdet ihr sie dafür empfehlen oder eher zu einem anderen Modell greifen?

I have a genuine question as a European and a former university student. I don't mean to offend anyone!!

I’m just curious about the cultural differences.

My first question is: why do so many people "pre-med" even though they haven't actually started medical school yet and may simply be planning to apply in the future? From a European perspective, that feels a bit unusual because they aren't studying medicine yet.

My second question builds on that. I understand that "pre-med" is an established term, but I don't hear people introducing themselves as "pre-engineer" or similar in other fields. Why is medicine different?

Finally, I've also noticed that some people seem to brand themselves as "doctor" or even "Dr." on social media before they've even started medical school or passed a single exam.

In Europe, that would be very uncommon, since becoming a doctor is something you only identify with after years of study and training.

Is this mainly a cultural thing, or is there another reason behind it? I'd love to hear your perspective because I think Reddit is a great place to get honest and unfiltered answers.

avrei bisogno di un parere!

A inizio anno mi sono candidato internamente per una posizione di RSPP nella mia azienda. Dopo il processo di selezione, a maggio mi è stata fatta un'offerta che ho trovato piuttosto bassa in relazione alla mia RAL attuale e la responsabilità, quindi a giugno ho deciso di rifiutarla. (non hanno considerato una RAL commisurata alla nuova posizione, ma a priori hanno deciso che massimo aumento sarebbe stato 15%)

Ora l'azienda ha pubblicato di nuovo la stessa posizione. Nel frattempo è entrata in vigore la nuova normativa e ho notato una cosa che mi ha lasciato abbastanza perplesso.

Soddisfo praticamente tutti i requisiti richiesti, tranne l'esperienza diretta nel ruolo. Tuttavia, l'offerta che mi era stata fatta è di oltre 10.000 € lordi annui inferiore rispetto al minimo della fascia salariale indicata nel nuovo annuncio.

Secondo voi cosa fareste?

- ricandidarsi con il portale online per la posizione?

- Contattereste direttamente il responsabile HR facendo riferimento allo scambio di email avuto nei mesi scorsi per l'offerta precedente?

- Oppure lascereste perdere e andreste avanti?

Per fortuna non sono con le spalle al muro e attualmente ho un'altra offerta sul tavolo. Visto questa uscita di emergenza e la mancanza di altre opportunità di crescita nell'azienda attuale, mi chiedo: Cos'ho da perdere?

I'm currently looking for an apartment in Italy and received an email from a supposed landlord that raised several red flags.

The person claims to live in Copenhagen and says they prefer to handle the entire rental process through Airbnb. According to them, Airbnb would:

​

- verify that they are the owner of the property,

- verify my financial ability to rent the apartment,

- act as a guarantor for the transaction,

- contact me directly once their documents have been approved,

- and only then would they travel to Italy to finalize the lease agreement.

​

Before any viewing or in-person meeting, they also requested highly sensitive personal information, including:

​

- full name,

- tax identification number (Codice Fiscale),

- current address,

- phone number,

- email address,

- and a photo of my ID/passport.

​

To me, this looks very much like a classic rental scam that is abusing Airbnb's reputation to create a false sense of security.

​

What I also find concerning is that there doesn't seem to be an obvious, straightforward way for someone who isn't an Airbnb guest or host to report this type of scam directly to Airbnb, even though their brand is being misused.

​

I'm curious:

​

- Has anyone else received similar messages?

- Is there an official channel to report these scams to Airbnb?

- Have you encountered this type of rental fraud before?

Please don't send copies of your ID, personal data, or transfer any money before you've independently verified both the property and the identity of the landlord.

​

I'd also encourage Airbnb to provide a clearer and more accessible reporting mechanism for cases where scammers are impersonating or misusing the Airbnb platform outside of official bookings.

TL;DR: Attualmente da HSE Specialist guadagno 33k + bonus. La mia azienda mi ha offerto una posizione da RSPP a 38k + bonus dopo settimane di trattative. Nel frattempo il mio ex datore di lavoro mi offre 60k di RAL come consulente. Dovrei aspettare un'eventuale controproposta della mia azienda attuale o accettare i 60k?

Cosa fareste al mio posto? Pensate che l'azienda cede?

Lavoro da due anni in una grande azienda del settore tecnologico nel Nord Italia.

Recentemente mi è stata proposta la posizione di RSPP. Dal punto di vista della crescita professionale sarebbe stato sicuramente un grande passo avanti, ma alla fine ho deciso di rifiutare l'offerta economica.

​

Attualmente guadagno 33.000 € di RAL più bonus. Per il nuovo ruolo mi sono stati offerti 38.000 € più bonus.

​

Il problema è che l'azienda ha basato la proposta sul mio stipendio da profilo junior invece di considerare la fascia salariale adeguata alle responsabilità del ruolo.

​

La posizione era aperta da circa 12 mesi e, nonostante abbiano valutato diversi candidati, tutti hanno rifiutato. Mi sono candidato io stesso e, dopo diverse settimane di trattative, non si sono mossi.

​

Pensavo che, dopo il mio rifiuto, l'azienda sarebbe tornata con una proposta migliore, ma per il momento non è successo.

​

Nel frattempo, il mio ex datore di lavoro mi ha offerto una RAL di 60.000 € per un ruolo da consulente in una piccola società di consulenza.

​

Leggendo questo, sembro stupido, ma penso che come giovane sia importante di imparare/fare un lavoro poco pagato per l'esperienza. Ma vorrei comunque avere la responsabilità retribuita.
