I have 192XX rank in VIT i dint fill in phase 1 councelling since i thought id get sm in BITSAT or UGEE or JEE Adv ; but i am not getting anything in core branch so can i fill Phase 4 Councelling 6june onwards ??

Is there a chance for reduced cutoffs ??

I am just looking to get anything in HYD; Chem or Mech just for the sake of entry; I got 196 in my first attempt
Is there a chance for the cutoffs to go down by 5-10 marks since everyone is calling the second attempt tougher and i hardly see people beyond the 250 zone

This is whats going on ; people are treating the limited pool of mongo as if only they only gave the paper there are fucking 1.3 l more students

Okay, so I have posted this in the past, and I want the others to share their opinion as well
I for someone haven't scored that well in adv., and like I was scavanging for the marks vs cutoffs

And then I came across this video, and at first i dint believe him either, but then I looked at his 2023, 2024, and 2025 predictions, and most of them were very, very accurate
