I had this can of ricksrds red and a bunch of meat...lol
So I made some beer and cranberry beef sausage with ground brisket
Tenderloin steak that I used a brisket rub on....cooked on oak coals...I brushed cloe to the end with my own bbq sauce.
I make kick ass chowder!thats right,I said it!lol
Was at the grocery store and saw clamsxwere on sale for $.99 a can,bought 3 cans,didnt bother with a bottle of clam juice.
Chicken stock was on sale for $.99 a liter,yellow onions on sale,celery from my garden,bacon was 3 bucks a pound and half and half was 2 bucks a quarter.frickin beautiful!!!
Made up 5 2 heaping ladel portions plus the bowl i ate right after I made it...
Came to 10ish bucks!!minus the butter,garlic...I grow my own parsley and herbs.
This stuff really hits the spot and now I have some for those cool fall days
I did this about 14 years ago with success,it wentc14 hours I believe...not too sure though.
I have a 19lb brisket,its still cryovaced,I am using a basic rub with salt,pepper,garlic powder,onion powder and paprika.ill close up the back of the bbq like I did last time,indirect cooking@225f.
How long do u wait to cook after the rub is applied?can it sit overnight?
And my big questions are close to the end of the cook,at what temp should I wrap it?do I use foil,Parchment or both?should I put in a cooler after?
I was a cook for years,but I just paid $200 for this brisket and just want to make sure I follow every step to the t.
Any tips or comments are welcome!
Also its a big brisket and its just me,can I cut it in half and freeze half of it?does your technique need to change when smoking half a brisket?is it frowned upon?

Si I grew cannabis for over 30 years and that is where 99% of my growing experience comes from.i have grown tomatoes in pots before on my deck,and always have an heb garden,but this is my first dedicated garden.i spent only on plants,the soil is from my indoor grows,just recycled.
I have 2 big 30 gallon pots in my front yard,one with lettuce and herbs and the other im tryingv2 types of watermelon.
My main garden has 3 types of cherry tomatoes,a beefsteak plant and a calman tomato plant, cucumbers,zucchini,carrots,potatoes and peas.i made trellis for the vine plants(tomatoes,peas,cucumber and zucchini)
I just use miracle grow for everything except I used gaia green bloom for the tomatoes,I read organic is better and more consistant which I hear is crucial to a good harvest.also used a bit of yucca extract and lime for pH stable and calmag...I think im doing good,but welcome any suggestions for greenies.
I will say I'd love to see a reboot where Doug and Holly end up together,carrie ends up with some rich douche and is jealous of her old life...and a new story with Danny and Spencer....Deacon and Kelly aren't together anymore,but still in the show....
I think there's some potential here....

I will soon be making some seeds from the best parental stock i could get my hands on.
Males:
I have selected 2 males for my project,a stout and vigorous sour bubble male from tony greens '05 incross.the second male is face off og x 88g13/hashplant,the gashplant side was a reverred male in the bodhi breeding stable and the face off willingly add raw potency.
I will be using both males,one in each tent,and pollinating 3 differrnt sour bubble females,a lemon party x chemd female,an og kushbreath 2.0 x dosidos female,la pop rocks x purple push pop female and my own purple jager....
I expect some fire from some of these,especially the sour bubble x faceoff/g13hp
