My very intelligent husband wasted to use these bottles as water bottles. We removed the top using cutter n bought a cork to close the top. After all the circus, he kept them in freezer for cooling fast n perhaps forgot to take them out. Next day I open the freezer to glass pieces falling on the floor. It took me 2 wrong days to clean everything without any traces. And 10 days to throw it 😭
Looking for reliable cook for my husband and I. Both of us are out for work for at least 16 hours a day and work in a place where there’s hardly any restaurants(we manage a business). TL;DR in the end-
Ordered food on Swiggy with COD in Bangalore. The delivery guy called, asked if it was COD or prepaid, and his live location stayed near the restaurant. He claimed there was a network issue. Later he showed up, delivered the food, I paid ₹650 cash, and he kept ₹10 change.
After we finished eating, the app suddenly showed the order as cancelled. When I contacted support, they first claimed the order had been picked up by a different delivery partner. After a long wait and multiple contradictory responses, an agent finally confirmed that the delivery partner delivered the order, marked it as cancelled, and kept the cash payment.
My main concern isn’t the ₹10 change, it’s that an apparently unauthorized/cancelled delivery still reached my address, someone had my personal details, and support initially gave completely different explanations. Swiggy says they’ll take action against the delivery partner, but they couldn’t explain why it happened in the first place.
TL;DR- Swiggy delivery guy delivered my COD order, took the cash, then marked the order as cancelled. Support gave multiple contradictory explanations before admitting the driver kept the money. Has anyone seen this scam before? Why and how??
