Tried making my own flare jeans today with a pair of levis 505s and a pair of beige levis 568s
I would love some opinions on these jeans so far everyone i have showed them to has disliked them. Do they really look that weird?
UPDATE: I did it!
For anyone who saw my last post asking about this El Camino. I did end up purchasing it for $800. Surprisingly there was only one spot on the back bumper that was completely rusted through. Everything else was just surface rust. overall it’s in shockingly good condition!
For anyone curious
Approximately 400 Samoyed Crystal balls is enough to make the game tweak out and crash 😂
El Camino project car advice??
Been a fan of the el Camino for a while and have been wanting to get a project car. My experience with cars is not very extensive and thus far I’ve really only done work on my Honda civic. My friend is selling this el Camino for $1500 (but he will take less) and I’m going to take a look at it on Friday. What do I need to be on the lookout for when I go check it out to make sure this won’t be a total waste and to know how much I should actually offer. He thinks it’s a 1984. Any advice would be helpful!!
Bought at the store 10 mins ago, didn't check the underside...
We need Danny to talk about this
Highly recommend watching
Should I get a better case?
I bought the regular magnetic carrying case for my x4. I’m wondering if I need to get something sturdier or more protective? I’ve been carrying it in my pocket and haven’t had any issues yet but I’m scared I’m gonna break it lol.
I feel weird wearing my docs?
So I have a pair of crazy horse Chelsea boots that I freaking love. I really want to wear them casually every day at my job but I feel weird wearing them for some reason. I don’t know if it’s because I have feet on the large side for a woman (size 10) or if I feel like they’re a big change from my current every day shoe (vans old school). Am I way over thinking it? Any tips for casual wear that doesn’t draw too much attention to the shoe?
Where to start?
I’ve been pretty interested in starting watchmaking as a hobby. Where should I start? I was thinking of getting old watches from the thrift store or something. Or is there a kit I can buy that will teach me the basics? What do yall recommend?
My fiance found a half empty can of Folgers coffee grounds at her job that are a few months expired. Would these have a similar benefit to used coffee grounds if I put them in my compost?
What would be the female equivalent to a nice polo and slacks? Men can hop out of bed and throw on this combo and look business casual. What could be similar to this as a staple for women to hop up and have a business casual outfit with countless combinations ready to go?
And don’t say a polo and slacks 🤣
Let me know if this is not the right sub for this! First picture is the structural layout of my living room. Second pic represents how I have my furniture set up right now. I want to get some different couches because I don’t love the ones I have right now but I’m wondering if I should get a sectional or stick with the big couch-small couch thing. Open to any suggestions or inspo pics anyone has for this kind of living room.
