After beating the game with every slayer and their new game plus, I really want more of the game, and neighborhood watch is next on my conquer list. Problem is, I can't find a lobby, and going it alone is a little boring. Is the mode dead?

This dude doesn't do anything, does he? I continually see videos where he's actively doing things. chasing, super active, breaking blocks, scratching things, leaving blood puddles, but on Bedrock? Just pops up and disappears sometimes. I run up to it and jump up and down to even chance maybe triggering a chase. I paid for this, why is it so lobotomized?? 💀

It says that I'm missing a couple shields and trophies, but the map screen says I have 0 left of everything, and informants are only giving me arkham knight's HQ stuff, is it just chance? I really thought I was done with the 3 main islands.
