Needing to pee constantly after losing 20+ lbs — is this normal?

I’ve lost just over 2 stone (around 28 lbs) and I’m now 99 lbs. Ever since losing the weight, I feel like I need to pee all the time, even when I barely drink much water.

It’s gotten to the point where after only a 10–15 minute drive I suddenly need to pee urgently, like I’m about to wet myself. I constantly feel desperate to go and it’s really affecting me day to day.

Has anyone else experienced this after major weight loss? Is this normal or could something else be causing it? And does anyone know how to stop it?

Can anyone recommend a really good hairdresser/salon in Birmingham?

I’m looking for someone who’s genuinely good with blonding/balayage and preferably not crazy expensive, ideally under £200 for cut + colour if possible.

Would love recommendations for salons, independent stylists or even home salons if you’ve personally had a good experience. Bonus points if they’re good with natural-looking blends and healthy hair

What heels would match this dark emerald green outfit?

I’m wearing something similar to this dark emerald green embellished dress with silver jewellery and I have no idea what heels would go best with it. I’m stuck between silver, nude, black, clear heels or maybe even something sparkly?

Also where do you usually buy elegant heels from that are actually comfortable enough to wear all night?

I’ve only been at my job for about 2 weeks and I’m not sure what the right thing to do is.

I was in a car accident today—someone drove through a crossroad and hit the side of my car. I’m physically okay, but I feel really shaken and honestly quite traumatised. I’ve already been to the GP and spoken to my insurance and it looks like my car might be written off.

This week at work is meant to be really busy, and I feel guilty calling in sick so early into the job. At the same time, I don’t feel mentally in the right state to go in tomorrow.

Has anyone else been in a similar position early into a job?

I’ve been using the Cosnori tone-up cream and the White Rabbit one, but they both cling to my dry patches, start flaking, and kind of ball up on my skin. It ends up looking patchy instead of smooth, especially around my nose and cheeks.

From what I understand, tone-up creams are meant to give that brightened, even “no makeup” look and act like a base, but I feel like they only look good if your skin is already super smooth

I’ve got a wedding coming up soon so I need something:

hydrating (my skin is quite dry)

doesn’t pill or clump

lasts all day/night

gives a nice glow but still looks natural

I’m based in the UK so ideally something I can get here without too much hassle.

Any recommendations or tips? Even application tips would help

I know tone-up creams are meant to give that brighter / slightly lighter look (which is what I want), but I feel like they only look good if your skin is already super smooth 🥲

•gives that tone-up / slightly lighter effect

•is actually hydrating (I have dry skin)

Any product recommendations OR application tips would be amazing 🙏
