Problem/Goal: I received an email for the schedule of an exam in one of the gov agencies inapplyan ko

Context: I received an email of the employment exam schedule sa inapplyan kong government agency but currently malayo ako sa venue. Venue of exam is in Luzon and currently nasa Visayas ako. Next month pa ako makakabalik. Cannot travel din agad2 dahil mahal pamasahe and exam's next week na. Should I reply sa email na hindi ako matutuloy or should just ignore the email?
