What would the real Alice Liddell (the actual human that lived in the 19th century) think of AMR?

Yea she would have to understand the concept of a video game but I'm talking about the story. How would she react to events in which her family are burnet alive by a Jeffrey Epstein wanna be who is also trying to abuse her after trying to abuse her sister. And to add to that she's portrayed somewhat as a mad girl.?

How to stop "trans" feelings?

First of all I don't mean to offend anyone. It's a genuine question . So I'm a man but I wanted to be a girl since I remember being conscience. The thing is I don't want to go through transition. It simply won't work for me and I wouldn't get the satisfaction I'm looking for. . For years I've been basically living in my head daydreaming about the person I want te be but that's not a durable solution. It only deepens my self hatred. I can't even look in the mirror without being disgusted anymore. . I don't know if this is a common question but is there a way to stop the "trans" feelings? Or mask it, hide it just anything that can get rid of it. Via therapy, medicine, hypnosis or anything really. Please I can't keep living like this.

Social anxiety because of low self-esteem and self hatred

I've been thinking about it.

Before any obligatory social interaction these are the facts my brain has set as standard:

  • I'm disgusting
  • I'm stupid
  • I'm annoying
  • I'm irritating
  • I'm about to ruin this person's day.

Therefore if the interaction can't be avoided I have to make it as quick as possible to end the other person's misery.

So I end up speaking fast with low voice and stumbling all over my words. the outcome is always the same! "What???" Or them looking at me in complete confusion.

That prolongs the interaction and the feeling of me torturing people with my existence fuels the cycle of self hatred.

Literally when someone glimpse at me in public I feel like I ruined their entire life.

Does anyone relate? And pls how can i get rid of this mindset?

Didn't think my social anxiety was this bad

Long story short I got a job in a pizzeria as a pizza maker but 4 days in I was told by the owner I will be replacing the waiter for next week because he has an impediment.

So I've been ongoing training as a waiter and boy was my social anxiety at it's best. Literally seceding in 1/5 interactions.

I was honestly surprised! I didn't think it was that bad but that's not the worst part.

The people I work with seem to have no idea what social anxiety is. So they are like "why are you being weird?" " Stop being so shy" " you sound so robotic" "act normal pls". Like bro! I would if I could.

The pressure I got from them is worst then actually dealing with the customers.

I'm not here complaining. I'm not the kind that wants to avoid situations that causes anxiety, I actually want to get rid of it. And I think this extreme exposure therapy is good for that. It will take time, I'm being tortured rn but I hope it gives results at the end haha. Maybe I'll post and update to this
