Denied an account because of "issues" with a nonexistent other account related to mine

So I am wanting to get into buying and selling some cassettes and I try to make an account, I get a weird error that says they need to approve my account first, weird but ok and then I check back later today and I have an email that says that my account is denied because of issues related to my "other account" I have literally never had an account before so I have no idea what this is referring to.

Is there any way to contact support? The email says I need to resolve it in my "original account" which again I do not have and have never had.

WM-75 I just finished repairing

Needed a new belt (and removal of belt goo) and a new idler (which can be done by removing only one flywheel) and sounds good as new! does not look good as new but that's just part of the character I think and getting it for only 10 chf cant be beat

My WM-D6 freshly returned from a full restoration by Deb 64

Took about a year but the wait was worth it, it has had all the potted modules repaired or replaced, crack around the strap hangers repaired as well as a full replacement of all electrolytic capacitors. sounds good as new!
