We just received our Radon level test back for a house property we are purchasing and the level came back at a average of 4.5 pCi/L. We have a one year old son. Should we just add a mitigation fan and retest?

Inspection report had this crack called out house built 2003. What do you think is causing this? Anything major? Do I need a structural engineer? I know the gutter is close buy and not extended so could this be why?

We are under contract and in process of getting a loan but have multiple different address on different things.
For example my job address is my in laws - since I get a good amount of mail I didn't want to come to our apartment.
Same with the bank address.
My wife has our apartment as her current address for work.
Our taxes also has our apartment.
Will this be an issue?

We offically went under contract today and I reached out to the big banks (Chase and BOFA) and they both said the same thing if I get lower rate elsewhere they will match. I also reached out to a local mortgage comapny who is a third party that shops around for loans they offered 6.375 (NJ). I asked where will the mortage be coming from they said Rocket. They also said no appraisal would be needed for the price point the house is being purchased at which is 1M. They also are promsing very fast underwriting and closing.
Just wanted to ask what is your opinion on this small company?

I have have been getting one of my eyes red two - three times a year and the finally got it diagnosed as Anterior iritis. I thought this time similar to the past it would clear up on his own but it did not. In fact my vision got slightly blurry although I can still see 20/20. I now take prednisolone drops 4 times a day and today is day 3. All the redness has cleared up but my right eye vision vs left is still off. Just wanted to ask in your experience how long has this taken to clear up for you?
