For so tank udyr. I genuinely think Lichbane is the better first item.
40 more ap , the 6% ms is really good. And the passive is just better then liandrys passive for farming and fighting
The only downside is you’re a bit more squishy. But as long as you play is right you should be fine and you get tanky after deadman’s + sprit visage.
Ironically I think Lichbane is better on ap bruiser udyr since your up close and you get a lot of sheen procs and liandrys is better for full ap udyr since it ads 14% max health damage to your awaken r.

Currently using the p10 mask with bipap.
I’m having issues with keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth whilst using a nasal masks (if I don’t keep it on the roof of the mouth air fills cheeks).
I’ve tried cervical collars, myotape, and Knightsbridge chin strap but they put pressure and strain on my jaw which prevents me from sleeping.
I’ve tried the f40 mask but there is so many problems with the air pushing against my face I can’t stand it.
Is there anything I can do or is the only option to get used to the f40 mask.
Or maybe someway I can use chin straps and cervical collars/myotape without putting so much pressure on the jaw

I have gotten it on Aram quite a few times but I have played like 20 games of graves saving all my rolls for gold and haven’t gotten it.
