Insgesamt ergibt sich im guten Fall ein geschätztes Preis-zu-Buchwert Verhältnis (P/B) von 0,56 mit aktuellen Werten für SpaceX und wenn das Spektrum nur 10 B USD einbringt,
oder im schlechten Fall ein P/B von 1,34 wenn die SpaceX Aktien auf 50$ Marktwert fallen und das Spektrum nur 10 B USD einbringt.
Für den Fall dass sich das P/B Richtung 1 bewegt ergibt sich ca. 78% möglicher Gewinn oder ca. 25% möglicher Verlust je nach Fall.

Today Fiserv published news that also included a 8$ per share earnings forecast lower bound for FY 2026 .
At the current price of 49$ the forward EBIT/EV yield is 11.5% (not 5%) . Seems like an attractive valuation assuming the earnings don't continue to decline further. The last two quarters expectations have been beat.

I like coding myself and learnt it before AI, and I have ideas that haven't been done. what stops me from building a product or publishing a website is
- legal requirements. I know i need the company data on the website but what about the ones I don't know about. I don't want to spend my time to learn that.
- can't just start selling something without setting up the legal paperwork and investing min. investment amount for a business. I don't want to risk so much of my money. If i have more than 500€ in a stock I sell it, too much risk. I'm not rich.
- scared of getting sued for some reason and losing all the investment in my company or even more.
- needing a tax advisor . I really don't want to waste my time with them or invest into their salary for a business that might not work out to more than their salary in sales
So I'll basically just spend my time doing sports and learning an instrument while I enjoy my life without worry. Hats off to anyone who can handle this, I can't.
Außerhalb von Nürnberg gibt es mehrere Campingplätze. So habt ihr fast sicher einen schöneren Campingplatz als auf dem Festivalgelände, mit besseren Toiletten und Duschen usw. Ihr könnt Plätze reservieren und es ist einfach mehr Platz da für das Zelt, auch wenn ihr später ankommt.
Fahrt dann mit dem Auto bis zu einem Park und Ride Parkplatz im VGN (=ÖPNV in Nürnberg) Gebiet, und dann den Rest mit dem ÖPNV zum Bahnhof am Gelände. Ihr bekommt ein VGN Ticket gratis zum Festival Ticket dazu! So vermeidet ihr Staus am Festivalgelände.
Die Motivation mir den Xtrackers Fond anzuschauen war die geringere Jahresgebühr im Vergleich zum beliebten Vanguard A2PKXG .
Ich liefere euch hier eine Momentaufnahme des Spread auf der Börse EIX die keine allgemeine Gültigkeit hat.
Ich schaue mir zuerst den Wert Geld geteilt durch Brief an, je höher dieser Wert ist, desto besser für den Kunden, da ihr mehr von eurem Geld in € zurück erhaltet, wenn ihr nach dem Kauf des ETF den Anteil wieder verkauft.

Also ist der Spread beim bekannteren Vanguard Fond geringer.
Als nächstes die Berechnung von "1 - Brief geteilt durch Geld", die den relativen Verlust beschreibt, hier gilt, je niedriger desto besser.
Um die Verhältnisse mit einem konkreten Beispiel zu verdeutlichen, nehme ich an ihr investiert 300 € . Dann zahlt ihr beim ersten Zeitpunkt einmal ca. 4 € cent an Spread-Gebühren für den Vanguard Fond und im anderen Fall 2,4 € für den Xtrackers Fond.
Durch die unterschiedliche Jahresgebühr (TER) zahlt ihr jedes Jahr 57€ cent an Gebühren an Vanguard und im anderen Fall 21€ cent an Xtrackers, nur durch das halten.
Es dauert also im schlimmsten hier beobachteten Fall etwas über 6 Jahre bis der Xtrackers Fond den Vanguard eingeholt hat, durch seine geringerer TER, wenn man Gewinne oder Tracking Differenz nicht mit einrechnet so wie ich.
(2,4−0,04)÷(0,57−0,21) = 6,5
Sparpläne werden vermutlich mit geringerem Spread ausgeführt.
Nintendo: RAM wird teurer, aber es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit bis sich der Trend umkehrt. Bei der aktuellen Inflation im Energiebereich ist es auch günstiger eine Switch für 30€ mehr zu kaufen als mit dem Auto in den Urlaub zu fahren. Bei 19 KGV ist der Einstiegszeitpunkt noch nicht ganz so spannend aber auf meiner Beobachtungsliste.

Preamble
The English Garden, together with the Hofgarten and the Finanzgarten, is a garden monument of world rank and is under the protection of the Monument Protection Act. The areas, which are also designated as a landscape protection area, serve for quiet recreation for individuals. The facility must therefore be protected and any disturbance of peace avoided; this is the basis for any use. Social and societal encounters are primarily served by the established gastronomies and kiosks.
Section 1
Scope, Definitions
(1) This Ordinance applies to the state park facility English Garden, Hofgarten and Finanzgarten.
(2) The plots of land that are within the scope of this Ordinance are listed in the list of plots of land attached as Annex 1 to this Ordinance. The spatial scope of this Ordinance is marked in the layout plan attached as Annex 2 with an uninterrupted black line.
(3) Facilities within the meaning of this Ordinance are:
all objects that serve to beautify and protect the park facility (e.g. plants, monuments, sculptures, vases, tubs, fountains, other water facilities, lighting fixtures, pergolas, trellises, fences); all objects that serve for use by users (e.g. seating furniture or waste bins); structural facilities of any kind. Section 2
General Behavioral Rules, Prohibitions
(1) Users of the state park facility English Garden, Hofgarten and Finanzgarten must behave in such a way that neither another person is endangered, damaged or hindered or harassed more than unavoidably, nor are the facilities and their components/installations damaged or polluted.
(2) In the state park facility English Garden, Hofgarten and Finanzgarten, it is particularly prohibited:
to enter planting beds and specially marked areas, to climb on buildings, building parts and sculptures;
to remove or damage equipment, furniture, plants and enclosures from their place;
to operate commercial activities of all kinds, including making music;
to beg and hold collections;
to use sound transmission and sound reproduction devices in a noise-disturbing manner or to cause a disturbance of peace in any other way;
to conduct events of all kinds, including the conduct of photo, film or television recordings for commercial purposes, without prior written consent of the Bavarian Castle Administration;
to let dogs run free; anyone who leads a dog must do so in such a way that other visitors are not endangered, damaged or harassed;
to pollute green areas and their facilities, in particular by throwing away or leaving objects or not removing dog droppings;
to carry out all kinds of motor traffic, except for visitor traffic on designated parking areas, as well as cycling and horse riding outside the paths and areas designated for these purposes;
to set up open fireplaces or grill;
to consume alcohol, as far as others are thereby harassed more than unavoidably;
to bathe in waters, as there is a risk of death;
to bring in and use boats and surfboards in waters, as there is a risk of death;
to stay on ice surfaces, as there is a risk of death;
to camp and set up pavilions and caravans or mobile homes, as well as to spend the night;
to bring out feed and food;
to use special facilities, as far as these deviate from the content and time specifications set by signposts, for example for ice stock tracks, boule tracks, playgrounds, sports facilities, parking areas;
to exercise sports, as far as others are thereby endangered or harassed;
to erect, set up, attach or bring in objects, in particular for advertising purposes, without being in possession of a required special use permit from the Bavarian Castle Administration;
to hunt, poach, catch animals, take out bird nests and nesting boxes or destroy them.
Section 3
Exceptional Approvals; Ongoing Contracts
(1) Exceptions from the provisions of Section 2 can be allowed in individual cases.
(2) As far as usage contracts exist at the entry into force of this Ordinance, this Ordinance shall not apply.
Section 4
Administrative Offenses
Intentional or negligent violations against Section 2 (1) and (2) No. 1 to 6, 8 to 11 and 14 to 20 of this Ordinance can be pursued according to Article 20 (3) No. 1 of the Bavarian State Criminal and Ordinance Act (LStVG) and be punished with a fine.
Section 5
Entry into Force, Expiry
This Ordinance enters into force on June 1, 2018; it will expire on May 31, 2038.
