The drug dealer's money is what tipped him over the edge?
Obviously he'd still be alive if he could have stayed legit
the thing with the leg?
or the thing with Bobby's kids!?
or is there a third incident that I'm forgetting about?
If Sil knew, for a fact, that Tony whacked Ralphie over a horse . . . do you think Sil would be the first one in line to pull Tony's plug?
There are centuries of tradition here
Made men are supposed to have the boss's protection
I go to four or five different LA Fitness locations in NJ
Sometimes I like to play racquetball, but that's not a big thing for me, I usually just focus on weightlifting and some stairmaster
Almost every location only has one or two leg extension machines, and there is sometimes a line forming for leg extension
I've avoided using the sauna for now because the are always like thirty dudes in there when I walk by
I might start swimming and using the hot tub
So I planted a seed in this pot, so I've been thinking and hoping this entire time that I was getting a persimmon tree.
But I've been seeing the same plant all over the park, so it's obviously not a persimmon tree. I'm about to rip out of the pot and make more room for peppers.
Early in the season, Pussy tells Skip that he hasn't talked to Tony yet about getting back in, even though he already talked to Tony earlier that morning.
Later on, in the party store, Pussy told Skip that the executive game was going to Ray Curto since Uncle Jun was out of commission. If Ray was already a collaborator at that time, the FBI would have known that it was bullshit.
After all, the party wasn't even her fault. She didn't know those guys would show up with the ecstasy. And she suffered enough with her Discover card getting taken away for three weeks, so why would she get on her hands and knees to scrub the floors?
Is it possible that Parvati held a gun to her head?
Does anyone else enjoy a cold refreshing non-alcoholic brew after lifting? I prefer the Athletic brand IPA
I know it doesn't have protein, but it does have carbs
What do y'all think?
I haven't taken a rest day in weeks. But I'm doing a split, so I'm never working out the same muscle group two days back to back.
For example, I did chest on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week.
Is this making me weaker!?
I'm drinking protein shakes with two scoops of protein powder plus milk in order to attempt to hit my protein goal
But I'm concerned that my diet is low on fiber, and I should be supplementing fiber as well.
I have both soluble fiber (Fibercon) and insoluble fiber (psyllium husk), but right now, primarily using the insoluble fiber
Adding insoluble fiber to my protein shake is definitely making the consistency a little weird, but it's still no trouble to just chug it down
What do y'all think? Do you believe in poopmaxxing!?
I've been hearing a lot about RDLs and I've also been reading about how deadlifts are a fundamental movement and you can't skip your deadlifts.
So how do RDLs differ from traditional deadlifts? Also, if I'm doing RDLs and I feel it in my lower back, does that mean I'm doing it wrong? My understanding is that the lift should target the glute and the hamstrings
he's the Book, and he's got a cat, and he does the glow-y nature thing which makes him the greatest of all goats
Certain days of the week for certain exercises? Rest day on Sunday and legs on Wednesday?
Yesterday was my back and biceps today. It was a lazy Sunday where I actually went to the gym twice: once in the morning for a 40-min session and then once again in the afternoon for another 40-min session
In the morning, I did back exercises like lat-pulldown and seated row. But I didn't do isolation bicep exercises. So in the afternoon, I went to a different gym and did some barbell curls and some dumbbell preacher curls.
However, this morning, I didn't feel sore in my biceps and I was wondering if I hit my biceps thoroughly enough. So today, I went to the gym for chest and triceps day, but I decided to also do some assisted chin-ups in order to try and fatigue my biceps some more.
Is this a good strategy? If you fail to fatigue a muscle group on a specific day, should you hit the same muscle again on the next day?
