Azelaic acid and sweat don't mix

I've used finacea on and off, and last night I thought I would try and recommit to it, I woke up in the morning and checked the mirror, looked fine. Then at 11am I did my usual ashtanga yoga and it was quite warm and I started to sweat. I could feel prickles and heat but kept going. When I finished I looked in the mirror and I was so red and inflamed. I showered and cleaned my face but I still have the burning sensation. I sweat everyday so I dont think it's going to be good for me.

I did b12 injections during the course of a year and developed terribly oily and inflamed skin. I haven't taken any b12 in over 2 years, yet still I battle daily with acne and oily skin. What the hell.. most people say it settles down, but not for me.

In the space of a 18 months my ferretin dropped by half and iron and transferretin saturation almost doubled. Ar the same time my homocysteine is high and my b12 has dropped.

Possible contributing factors: stopped iron supplementation and b12 supplementation in between tests. Historically I have low ferretin around 30 prior to beggining supplementation a few years ago. I would like no know why iron is higher but ferretin lower and if these levels and those of homocysteine are of concern?
