I made a large deposit using Cashiers Check. Golden1 made me wait 10 days to access it. Now I’m trying to make a large payment to payoff another loan and Golden1 won’t pay it until another 9 days. They make the regular monthly payment the next day. It’s not a security thing. It’s greed. Been with this guys for 14 years. I’m done. Not to mention, their online banking platform has been broken since the last update.
I’m updating my kitchen soffit lights and I’m wondering about the wiring here. There is only one light switch to these fixtures. Why wouldn’t the load and neutral terminate at the light?
I’m updating my kitchen and replacing the fluorescent lights in the soffit. Found this. It’s about 2x3 inches. It has a black plastic mount with a weird green plastic card (thick) in it. Google Goggles thought it was a green ink pad (not).
There is a creep of an ex-cop named Eddy Hrant Asmerian who has invested heavily in search engines to make you believe you are dealing with the California DMV. I just figured the high fee to register online was status quo because everything else in California is. Like the $880 annual registration fee for a 4 year old truck. I didn't realize I got boned until I received a crumpled letter in the mail that just happened to have my official registration inside. The letter looked like something I'd throw in the trash. They can't even have the State send it to you. Lawless times we live in.
So the waste line broke in my crawl space just below the floor. The only way to access this pipe was to destroy a completely glued together cabinet. I was shocked to discover the sink drain going laterally through a cripple, Jack, and king stud. (2 in holes in support studs). Regardless, is this an okay way to keep the same and just repair? Can I relocate the lateral pipe outside the wall in case it needs repair in the future - and not have to remove the cabinet etc. I was also considering just moving my sink to the right to line up with the main waste (which would offset it from the center of the window). Or, completely reroute my plumbing (fresh and waste) to a completely new location and stub in to new location. I could use a Studervent instead of the shown one. Any thoughts are appreciated. Gotta make a huge purchase with cabinetry.
